I'm sorry but I really wanted to like the Joe Bonamassa Official Store. The first red flag was when I couldn't get customer service to respond to a typo on the address my order was going to. Luckily, the postal worker must have figured out a number was transposed. But, alas, the little guitar I purchased was damaged and customer service again would not respond. It's one of those Axe Heaven miniatures and the side has a split running down it. Not happy. Just avoid this site.

I have never bought anything from the site, so I can't give it 5 stars, but I would give him 5 stars for his music. You get a few free tracks if you sign up for email.
