I loved Choxi and was sad when it closed... I was happy to find Jclub in it's place. Good selection of items just as described and free shiipping/returns! So far it has been GREAT! Even sent a surprise gift for my first purchase;-)
Already wrote another review for jCub elsewhere. Was reluctant to purchase since things didn't go well from the site before them, Choxi and I wrote them of my concerns. They were great about getting back to me and being very understanding and helped me with my concerns. I joined up, made a purchase, had an issue but they cleared it right up immediately! They really stand behind their products and care about their customers! Not many companies do, as I know all too well! Also received a free gift after my first purchase. So as I said, so far it is a great place to shop! Plan on shopping more.
When I contacted jclub related to a problem with a product purchased from them, they were quick to respond & offered to replace the product or provide a full refund. I chose a refund & the money was refunded within an hour the same day! Two thumbs up!
Great prices, fast service could not believe the prices here. Was looking for a pair of dawg sandals and jClub price was amazing along with free shipping what's not to love. You just found a new shopper.

I used company under previous two names, and I was a bit reticent to try JClub after not getting merchandise from last order with Choxi. But, my curiosity got the best of me, and I did it. Love the free shipping, first of all. Items shipped separately and with different speeds, but I did get everything. Quality is what is expected and varies, dependent upon item/company. I love that they sell refurbished items at significantly discounted prices. So, so far, so good! I'm excited to continue the relationship.

It's a good company, the only thing I don't like is in order to return an item you have to call customer care (which is a person working from out of their home with a strong accent) and they send you a return label, you have to return items in original packing material so make sure you open package carefully! I returned some shoes last month and have not received a confirmation if they received item back and no credit has been received.
Full disclosure. I was a regular customer of no more rack which then changed to choxi. I never had any issues. I saw choxi shut down amid controversy so I was trpidatious to try jclub. I bought a cheap iPhone case to try them out. I had an issue with their site so I reached out and had an answer and a fix immediately. Received product and was only charged after. Big change right there. Today I got another package which created concern but it was a thank you gift! All I can say is wow. Happy camper here and I will resume full use of this great site

I am very, very impressed and what a wonderful change to have such GREAT customer service, I've ordered a number of things, had two separate problems, one was an item lost in transit and the other was an item that didn't fit -- response was SWIFT, no questions asked and both incidents INSTANTLY resolved - wow, wow - based on other companies where you get the third degree, this was a lovely surprise.
I ordered a 3-pack of an item and only received two. I emailed the company and they shipped the item the same day. I'm pleasantly surprised!
I made a purchase and unfortunately had to return it because of a wrong size. The return process was so easy thanks to a super fast response from customer service via email. I was given all the info and returned my item. Within a week I had my refund in my account along with follow-up emails thanking me for being a customer! I plan on keeping my eyes open for more great deals and making my purchase with JClub.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
