I just walked into the Jenny Kayne store in NYC on Madison Avenue and 82nd street, one block from where I live. This is a small boutique, there was no customer in the store the entire time I was there. 3 sales people in the back of the store behind the counter paid no attention. No hello, no can we help you… I looked at all the displayed cloths, the sales people totally ignored me. No one came over, no one said anything when I left… as if I was invisible. I think no comment is necessary. The facts speak for themselves. Perhaps someone should train them what a sales person is expected to do…
