“No way to contact them: their forms dont work, they dont answer other forms of communication. Beware”

I booked an itinerary through Australia with JetAbroad. I want to make changes. There is simply no way to contact them. Their website requires you to fill out a form: however, the form does not load. I've tried over multiple days with multiple computers (phone/laptop/friend's phone and laptop). Nothing works. They do not publish phone numbers or email addresses. The first picture is the "form loading" screen I've been stuck on multiple times. The second pic is their online policy explaining that the form is the only way to contact them. I tried on Facebook as well. The third pic is their response referring me back to the form that doesn't load.

Tip for consumers:
There is just no way to contact them after a booking.

Still waiting for my refund, being told that 'We know you want your money back now just as the hundred of thousands of travelers also affected by covid-19, but please understand this is out of our control (as we have already submitted this request to the airlines), and due to the difficult times that airlines and agencies are going through right now due a world pandemic that nobody could have predicted, refunds are being delayed.'
Yet, when I contacted the airline they said it hasd been refunded. I have to believe the airline as they can be contacted and spoken too
