I ordered a ring on Nov. 25th. 2015 and paid for expedited shipping. Spoke with mulitple reps on their online chat room. They have told me each time that the product has shipped yet its Jan. 8th 2015 and the website still says processes and cant get ahold of anyone regarding the purchase. ALSO, my CC company reported fraudulent charges shortly after I ordered the ring. Very coincidental if you ask me.

Although disappointed by the late arrival (April) and the misleading delivery time stated on the website, it arrived exactly as described. With an extra customs charge when arrived in Ireland. Too big but that was a mistake on our end. They agreed after 5/6 months to resize at a charge of approximately €50. (5/6 months was the delay on my end due to personal reasons) they then started the process of my resized ring and resent to me under a different delivery option to avoid further custom charges for me, which I really appreciated.
