I have been using JewelrySupply since early 2019 and have found their website to be more than amazingly reliable and of high standards when it comes to both product quality, customer support, and consumer sales and opportunities. Their review rewards program is an outstanding way to bring people coming back. I have grown tremendously with using JewelrySupply, starting out with silver plated findings and glass seed beads - to finer metals such as Sterling Silver and Gold Filled findings and chains, with natural gemstone beads and fine Swarovski components. Their website has inspired me to grow as an individual with both a mere hobby for jewelry making and crafting to as well as a professional with a growing small business. The question of reliability and consistency when it comes to product quality, customer support, shipping and packaging (secure, fast shipping, with tremendous product labeling with adequate organization), product description, promo opportunities and product selection is not a question at all, affordable and beyond fair prices, but rather a respectable guarantee. The only critique I have to offer at this time, is that I have noticed a tremendous decrease of seasonal sales on the website. Their used to be a site-wide sale for nearly each federal and cultural holiday. Since the New Year of 2023, I have noticed quite an absence of holiday and seasonal sales. This is what keeps the site booming with a taste of what they have available as well as a chance to gain more views and customers. As their site grows even more, I would like to see them adding more products at a consistent rate, I know this has always been a promised goal (to keep adding new and more varietal items), and I'd like to see it fulfilled as we comfortable enter the new decade. Very disappointed. Order was not filled properly and missing several items. Customer service says they will get it right, but that does not translate into good actual service.
I was a bit apprehensive when I first ordered. Why? Because their pricing was amazing. Another site I usually order my beads from were selling Miyuki beads for 3x more then JewelrySupply was selling for. I looked for reviews online, just because I usually thinking if it seems to good to be true, maybe it is? But I found nothing but positive reviews. So I gave it a go! They accept PayPal (yay!) and I received them within 3 days of ordering! They definitely have a faithful customer in me now.
I was initially uncertain about buying from Jewelrysupply because of the lack of reviews but it's actually really great! My order was shipped out on the next working day the first time, when I did not qualify for free shipping. The second time, my order was shipped out after three working days when I qualified for free shipping...
The quality of products are high; I ordered two strands of pearls (both graded A/B) and they were completely unblemished! And they cost something like $6! Not all prices are competitive though; for example, Swarovski elements and chain are more expensive on Jewelrysupply, while the pearls and jump rings are cheaper!
Jewelrysupply.com offers products true to the description. The descriptions are a lot more detailed too. For example, they mentioned that certain pearls (like those graded C) are blemished. This allowed me to make a more informed decision when making my purchase. I will not hesitate to order from them again :)

I ordered a cordless bead reamer (battery operated) from this site and I got it really quickly! I absolutely love it and use it all the time for my bead work. It makes things so much easier and it was only about $12! So worth it. I'm so glad I found this site and this reamer!

Products used:
Beads, charms, metals, wire, findings, jewelry shop supplies (displays, bags, giftbags, boxes), jewelry tools (pliers, beaders, etc), cabochons, sequins...
The seed beads I received were beautiful and a great price! I had a bad experience with their shipping though. 9 days after placing my order it was still not shipped out. I had to call to find out what was going on. The lady apologized & said my order would be shipped out that day, which it was, and took an additional 3 days to get to me.
The products are fine but shipping is horrible. It takes them one entire week to ship your purchase even when you pay extra for "speedy" shipping. Ordered Swarovski crystals on 11/29 and not shipped until 12/6.
Unacceptable. Won't order again no matter the price.
I ordered a pair of Lindstrom pliers PL8155 from jewelrysupply[dot]com because the description says it has a maximum cutting capacity of 16 gauge. However the pliers I received (RX 8132) only has a max cutting capacity of 22 gauge. I wasted a lot of time and energy trying to explain to them the issue but they wouldn't listen and maintained that it was my fault for ordering the wrong product.
Tip for consumers:
if you have ordered and paid to this company, pray that you will receive the items as described, and pray that there won't be any issues because their customer service is not very reasonable.
