I placed an order for a cologne gift set for Christmas. I quickly received an email saying it was on back order. Have not heard from them since. Emails and calls are never answered. Voice mail always says it's closed and voice mail is full.
Have to call thrice to follow-up on my order which was supposed to be a gift for someone last Christmas. I received the order after holidays but at least the customer service rep is nice.
