My coworker and I went to Jill and Jacks on park Blvd after work. It was such a pleasant experience. Morgan was exceptional in helping me find everything I needed to put together a school girl outfit. I am so happy. Thank you Morgan, I'll be back.
Ordered an apron placed on 11/25. Continued to track slow progress of order until 12/12 when it was supposedly sent to a delivery company in LA that would deliver the item. As of 12/26 that is where things stood. No further progress or tracking updates. Emails responded to with vague promises of contacting the delivery company for an update. Have filed a payment dispute with my credit card company. Should have read these reviews before placing my order. Lesson Learned.

Same experience, lack of customer care, poor communication, and no sense of responsibility. Ordered 12/4 with 2 - 3 weeks advertised, and never received any feedback. I had to initiate after Christmas, and even then only an email promising to contact the supplier - then silence. Best thing I can say is that my order was refunded, unfortunately, a great Christmas gift never arrived.
I ordered the cutest apron as a gift for my sister on December 8. These items are coming from China. My package got to my post office but they said there was an incorrect address so it was returned to China. It's now February 1. Jack Jill's says I gave them the wrong address to my house. I gave it to them 3 times. I also asked for a refund. All they say is that I should call the post office. Cute apron but not worth the hassle. Very disappointed.
There is no way I would order from this company, ever. I ONLY wished I had looked at reviews before ordering on Facebook. It's been 6 weeks (Just before Christmas 2020) and the gift I purchased is still flying through the Conronavirus hot spot of Wuhan.
Absolutely, the worst... and when you reach out to them it's "oh we're real sorry"... but nothing.

A repeat of everyone else, placed order 12/7, funds deducted from my account 12/9 and still not package as of 1/1/2020. I have sent multiple email and the same story every time; it's in transit, we have no control over customs... bla bla bla. Getting really tired of this.
My daughter ordered two dog printed garden flags back in April for my Mother's Day present. It is now July 7,2020 and I still have not received them! They also have very poor customer service. No one responds to my daughter's emails, asking where the order is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
This company is a joke. I ordered two items and after waiting 4 weeks the item showed up. Nothing like the picture. I requested my money back and they are trying to offer me 50% off. NOT. DO NOT BUY FROM JillnJacks.
Do not buy anything from this company i recieved many texts telling me my order had been shipped, i placed the order 12/07 and still no product. Everytime i send a texts its awlays the product has been shipped or its the fault of covid for the delays same pitiful excuse almost 30 days and still no product and same b. S. statement. I ordered myself a Mother's Day gift... a tote bag... on May 6th. Something went wrong and the package was being shipped in my daughter's boyfriend's name. I contacted the company twice over a three week period to ask if something could be done to change this. My daughter and her boyfriend broke up during that time prompting him to file a change of address. The package arrived at my post office yesterday and was immediately forwarded to be processed as a Return to Sender. Now I'll have to wait for them to get the package back before I can do anything! Of course, I emailed them again this morning. I'm not expecting a response though.
Never received the item that I ordered. Contacted them and I was told that it was at the post office, to call them! I called my post office and they did not have it. Company customer service couldn't even tell me which post office it was at. Will never do business with them again. They got my money and I got nothing. Stay away from them!

Ordered a garden flag April 24 site said 6-20 days- yes I understand it's a pandemic and items can take longer- I waited... waited... emailed the company cause there is no phone number- email reply was " Thank you for your understanding due to the pandemic things are delayed your item will be there in a few days"". Still waiting... it is not here... it's now June 1148 days and counting- note above when order was placed it said 6-20 days!-the customer service is not good, the company should be more honest and upfront when people order about how long it will take they have offered no other item or money back... will never order from them again...
Everything that I read today is my story as well, ordered for Christmas, found them on my Facebook ordered serval items with my friends pets, grandkids, still as of today feb 9. Nothing, went Thur China What a joke,, they already have my money now I need to call the credit card and try to get my funds back I think that's a loss as well
It's going on six weeks since I ordered an apron. I received notification it shipped, then after a WEEK I was notified that it was received in China. I emailed the company with my concerns and received an apology that it was held up in customs. Although the email assured me my item would arrive, I'll believe it when I see it. I regret not researching them and assuming it was a company based in the states.
I ordered something a month before Christmas and it will not arrive I ordered all my gifts on line and this was the only one that did not arrive!

Ordered a rug on December 2022, the wrong # address (202 instead of 204) in a very small town was my mistake. The rug was returned at the end of December. It is now March 3rd and the latest tracking says "the package is abandoned in LA", are you flippin kidding me? I will never use this company again! STAY AWAY!

I placed an order on May 3rd 2020 for a birthday gift for my gf. Here it is June 18th and no package yet. I have emailed numerous time just to get the same copy and paste response. The tracking number says "Awaiting item" which means they haven't shipped it out in over 6 weeks. I want a refund, but there is nobody to talk to about it. The emails have an auto response that says your items should be shipped within 15-20 days. I'm very frustrated with this company and would absolutely never order from them again. It would behoove you to find a better site for your items. Cant believe they are still in business

I received my cat apron in right under three weeks. It looks just like the website picture. The family loves it. The only thing I would change is I wish the apron had at least one pocket. Unfortunately, it has none. For that reason I am giving it four stars instead of five.
To say the least I am very dissatisfied with the length of time it took to receive 1 item. From start to finish was 42 days. I purchased a bathroom mat which had a small rip on the side which I will have to sew in order to avoid it ripping further. Mat should have been nonslip since it is a bathroom mat. No nonslip backing at all.
DO NOT do business with this fake company. Never received my order but money was taken the day order was placed. Contacted them about not receiving my order and their reply was a bogus statement. Fake businesses. Waiting on refund. They deserve a ZERO rating!

Ordered 12/15, took my money on 12/16, there was no special printing associated with order, tracking number available on 12/20, and USPS has not received the shipment as of 12/30.
I ordered my daughters Xmas gift over 4 weeks ago. They should use a reliable carrier for shipping. My gift has been 30 minutes from my house for 5 days and now my daughter will have no gift on Xmas day.
I ordered 2 aprons. One i liked and one i didn't. Followed instructions for a refund and sent to the address that was on their website. I received the item back since forwarding order had expired. I also sent 2 emails and never received a response.
