“Low Ball Offer”

I had purchased 2 new vehicles from Jim Glover and was ready to trade in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sport, For a Gladiator. I looked on line to see what 2018 Jeeps were selling for (38000 to 42000), So I wanted 35000 for my Jeep, Mitch McCurdy gave me a low ball offer of 31000, Tyler Ramirez the sales person asked me if he could get me 35000 would we have a deal, I told him yes, Long story short Mitch McCurdy would not budge from 31000, So I will be buying a Gladiator but because of Mitch's low offer it won't be from Jim Glover C Mayes

Was told I would get 3 free oil changes after buying a new jeep Cherokee,, You are asked to text the service dept. I sent a text at 9:30 in the morning and A person call TJ texted me back 4 hours later (1:30)
I set up an appointment for 7:30 Saturday morning, That was until I asked how long it would take, TJ told me 1 1/2 hours, Any other place takes 1/2 hour tops. Long story short I ended up canceling my appointment and will go some where else.
NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Took a jeep in to have the a/c fixed. The compressor wasn't getting power when it was turned on. I told the service advisor this when i took it in. After 3 1/2 weeks and charging me $2000 they still did not have it fixed. The service advisor said she was going to get the service manager involved. The next day they called to tell me they had replaced a sensor and the a/c was fixed. The service manager tried to justify the $2000 charge by saying "well we fixed it, didn't we?.

Bought a New Chrysler Pacifica in 2017,multiple issues after 9k miles. Transmission replaced@ 21k basically a lemon. At time of buying Jared Glover talks to you so professional, once you have issues can't talk with him at all,basically has his staff avoid you explaining your issues yet on TV, radio,talking how great your experience will be which has been bs after not only purchasing my Pacifica, and my 2015 Ram. The engine for life program is bs too. You have to purchase the B& G product a must have to stay with warranty which is fine however you can't take to anyone else your comfortable with even if purchasing the B& G product at dealership
Because now they decide to change policy there only ones that are certified to put in during oil change otherwise voids engine for life so you pay over a $100 for a basic oil change which is totally ridiculous! Additionally I paid for extra warranty coverage, yet with the many issues I'd experienced with my Pacifica they were the only dealership that advised me they couldn't get me a rental vehicle, where another dealership went over and beyond to make sure I had one before I left my vehicle with them. Mistakes happen I get that,im just sick of both of them kids going on tv,radio telling everyone how easy your car buying experience will be,how they will stand behind you which is total bull$#*!! Both purchases of both my vehicles I can't count how many times I've had to return to the dealership in Tulda,Owasso because they didn't do the paperwork correctly! When I purchased my Dodge Ram they even had to finally come to my home to bring the paperwork for me to yet sign again after refusing to return back to there dealership and backing out of the deal. Beware and careful before purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in Owasso, Tulsa,not what it's cracked up to be I've never been so disappointed! Yet to keep my engine for life I have to unfortunately return back next month and pay that ridiculous amount for a basic oil change! I'm already dreading it.

Been around for 73 yrs this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Don't try to trade anything in, they will find something wrong according to them and give you pennys on the dollar trade value.
