Having ordered a Pandora Charm from JingleBell Jewelry, I have had no receipt and no tracking number which was promised to me. I have written to customer services several times (Through Pay Pal as their own email address bounces emails). No response at all from them. Wish I had ordered through someone else, this just isn't worth it.

I realize it is a holiday but I should get a response on some charms I ordered. It did not come because they were out of the charm I ordered. They already charged my account. They have not responded to my inquiry of the price of the charm so I can get another one. I am starting to think that this is not a legitimate business- :( If not it was on my Visa so I can get my money back since I did not get the product.
