I have to admit I was a bit dubious ordering from jjsport24.com as there are very few reviews online regarding this site. However, I did take a chance and ordered a pair of shoes from them They were about half the price of any other online retailer for the same shoes While shipping might have been a bit long, it was going from Hong Kong to Canada (26 days) In the end, I received exactly what I had ordered I would gladly order from jjsport24 again
I'm very upset and frustrated with this website, customer service and purchase. I bought a pair of Jordans $200.00 back on November 25th to make sure it would arrive before Christmas. Their website says it takes 4-7 days for you to receive the shipping tracking number. After 10 days with no tracking number I contacted their customer service. They said they had not processed my order yet and they would look into my order and email me back with an update. 14 days went by, I had no update. I contacted them again, they said the tennis shoes would not be arriving in time for Christmas because of the severe pandemic. As I mentioned before, this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Christmas went by, I contacted them again, their reply was "we don't have an update and can't give you a time to when we will be able to ship the product". I don't give not even a 1 star to this company. I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back.

I've ordered from here three times now and received what I asked for everytime and the quality was perfect. It might take a bit longer to deliver but it is worth it when you receive it. It usually takes me 2-3 weeks for it to come but my last order took only one week.

SHOULD BE MINUS 10 STARS! Ordered goods on 17th November which have never been received. After sales service from this company has been horrific...keep on telling me to contact the delivery service, I have now been given the name of 5 different courier services. I have been told that the parcel was delivered but no one was available to collect. All you have to do is go onto the PFL site and see that his is a common occurrence.JJsport24 accept no responsibility. I am beginning to feel like I have been scammed...It seems to be becoming a habit with this company based on the recent reviews. I will never deal with them again.
Gotten 3 shirts from there. Everything went smoothly. One of the orders took 4 weeks which was a bit much, the other 2 a little over 2 week. Overall very happy...
