JLAB sells quality products at great prices. It is hard to find better products for the money. They care about their customers and will quickly resolve any issue that you may have. It does take about 10 days for delivery, but what the heck, it's FREE! I am not that impatient; their products are worth waiting the extra few days. JLAB Rocks! I have quite a few of their products (headphones and earbuds; both BT and wired); no complaints. I have given JLAB items to both my oldest grandsons, and they LOVE them! Keep ROCKING IT OUT, JLAB; you have a customer for life!
I got a pair of these with the ear hooks and they didn't fit comfortable in my ear. They fell out of my ear many times. It got annoying. One day I was running and it fell out of my ear and wrapped around my arm and split. I will be returning this product. I am unsure about their other products.
