Love your rings. I have had my ring for 3 yrs and it has never lost the shine or turned my finger green. Worth every penny.
I spent probably between an hour to two hours over 2 days and multiple devices (cell phone, laptop, desktop, and my work computer) trying to check out with my purchase. Finally after not being able to check out on any of the devices I sent an email to customer support. 2 days later I get a response that they don't ship to NY. Well, perhaps you want to state that somewhere so customers don't waste hours of their day trying to check-out on your website. So frustrating.
Quick and easy. I'm excited to see the product as what I'm expected.

First of all let me say how much I love the rings I ordered. They are stunning! The only complaint I would have is that the shipping estimates and the time frames described during check out do not clearly state that you have to consider that your order is coming from overseas so the shipping estimate only applies once your order gets to the US. I was concerned about the delay but the customer service team was quick to respond with all of the information I needed.

I liked the products. They were unique versus other places.
Shipping went well, I received my ring 10 days early than expected. Although I was not too happy with the ring, it is still gorgeous, but it looked way bigger when in person than what it looked in the photo I don't think I'll be wearing it out anytime soon, just a little too flashy for me. I do plan to buy more things from this company, just next time I will make sure to pay close attention to the description of the product before buying.

You need to put somewhere on your website the places (like NY) that you don't ship to. Wasting hours of my time thinking something was wrong with my devices was very frustrating.

My ring is absolutely gorgeous! I bought it as a ring to wear in place of my actual wedding set for when I travel but to be honest, I don't even know if I want to travel with my Joancee ring. It's just that beautiful. The sizing is perfect. So far I've only worn it once around the house so we shall see how it does when I go on vacation in a few weeks. But for now, I am already looking for my next ring to buy.

I ordered 2 rings. Took about a month to get them. Very beautiful and love how they look...but after wearing for a couple days I noticed they were turning my ring finger and 2 fingers touching the ring on either side black. Not sure why but upsetting because I was so excited!
I have had the worst experience with Joancee! They and they don't respond to messages or emails.
I cancelled my order within 2 hours of placing it and they assured me my money will be refunded and it has not!
They are the worst company to place an order at!

We wanted a bridal set that had 3 rings and a vintage look. Joancee was the only company that had everything I was looking for.
My wife has gained a little weight and her fingers swell really bad. We have had her wedding band and engagement ring resized twice. Since doing this she has lost numerous diamonds and the company that replaces the diamonds said they will not replace anymore lost diamonds. When I saw this ring it looked as gorgeous as hers. She bought and using a prop ring that was turning her finger green. As soon as she saw this ring she yelled at me for spend a fortune on it. I told her the truth on how much I spent. She said loved it and gave me a kiss.

I've never ordered from your company before I was not aware that the stones in your rings were so large, My hands are very small and the stone looks so out of place on my hand. Now your company wants me to send a picture of the ring. I tried and cannot help it if you didn't receive the picture.
I contacted them by email and all they could say was send a picture. I just recently received another email and it was the same as before. No solution has been arrived at and it looks like I might go past the 60 days with all the delays from your company. All I ask for was an address that I could mail the ring back to for a full refund and I have yet to receive one,
I thought your rings were a normal size in stones and I decided to try your company and now regret it as I cannot wear the ring because it looks awful on my hand.

Just got my ring in the mail yesterday, my fiance ordered it on 07/20. Honestly not bad coming from over seas and being made to order. Completely worth the wait, my ring is stunning, I love it! Any questions i had Ivy always got back to me by the next morning. The tracking isnt the best, but that would be the only complaint. I'm a size 7 and it fits so nicely, such a comfortable fit, true to size! Joancee you guys did an amazing job! Would recommend this company and would order from again! Thank you!

It took about 3 weeks to arrive. But I'm every happy with it. It looks amazing. The quality is way better than expected. I have already put in a 2nd order.
This is a custom made ring to fit to your style and satifaction. Unfortunately the stones going down the side of my ring are quite rough and felt unfinished rubbing against the two fingers next to it on both sides. Nevertheless, I kept it and got used to it. I love how it looks.
This was the only place I could find that had a Sapphire stone this large.
