I purchased an item on Joann's website but returned it to a Joann brick/mortar location where I was refused a full reimbursement that included the shipping fee. I contacted Joann's customer support and they promptly corrected the situation and reimbursed the money owed to me. I now am confident about shopping with Joann again.
I ordered a pattern because the site said the pattern was not available in the store. With shipping it was $19. The KWIK brand books were in the store with this pattern and no notice that some patterns we're not available. It took so long, I thought I had been scammed and I was ready to call my credit card company. It finally came. I will not order from them again.
