Joanns said my online purchase was ready for pickup. Got home one item was broken, missing glass, taped to display card. Who does this to customers?

I've never had so many issues with an order. They've charged me for items I've never received. They keep sending me duplicate items and charging me even though I've called and emailed several times telling them to STOP! This has been a huge pain in the neck.

There is a young lady at JoAnn's in the Renton Highlands that I have not seen before. She blew me away with her knowledge, energy, patience and courtesy. I hope she is a manager because she acted like one. I have not received that kind of service in years at a retail shop and I wish I knew who she was. Embarrassed that I don't even remember details but I THINK glasses, 5'7" or 8' because of her presence. Slender and overall wonderful. This was right after Christmas and maybe she was just filling in. I will see if I can find her again next time I go in and add a name. JOANNs I hope you are reading this.
