It was eye opening to look at job descriptions more strategically. I ended up getting a job outside of the traditional application process, but I'm confident that I would have made some good traction using Jobscan.
Useful insights, advises and resume feedback. It helped me to get a job! Very easy to use and very clear outcomes - highly recommended for anyone who is job hunting. I regret I didn't know about this great tool earlier.
UPDATE - I realized I made a mistake when I originally uploaded my resume. I didn't include a job description, I uploaded a link only and it gave me a false low score. I didn't realize I changed it when I signed up. The tool is helpful in pointing out how to tweak your resume. Before I started I was a 60-70% match and after I was a 90%+ match with a few short tweaks. If you use it right, it will save you a lot of time.

It's be a hot second. This seems a bit early
Need a resume review.
I subscribed to Jobscan 4 days ago and the system is not working properly on my side. I sent several emails requesting support, and their solutions did not work. The support team no longer sends emails, and I cannot communicate with Jobscan.
Problem - No matter which resumes I request in the ATS scan, Jobscan always refers the analysis of an old resume already deleted from the system.
Tip for consumers:
The ATS system looks great, but the support is terrible.
Good results on ATS and easy to follow steps of how to optimise your CV, just like the simplicity
I'm in the market and I have sent many CV's and did not get interviews with jobscan I can see my chances of getting interviews
Great! Was a fairly seamless & good experience.

Had asked for the search function for previously-applied job, but received no solution from Support after nearly 2 years. Disappointing.
We should be able to download the entire Scan History in order to assess comb data & gauge our job search progress.
Trial scan was very informative. Looking forward to actual feedback to use towards a productive job search! Still getting used to it.

Way too early for accurate appraisal...
Seeking part-time remote employment.
UX is a little dated, but the information and guidance is specific and helpful

Hi Lorna, thanks for your feedback!
Following up on an email from jobscan about the Job Matcher tool.
Recently subscribed to service and am very pleased. This is exactly what artificial intelligence should do. Thousands of comparisons of words and objective scoring to tell you how to improve.
The cover letter writer has been giving me nearly perfect suggestions that require almost no edit before submitting. I simply make them a little shorter and copy, paste, and submit!
Because you were there.

For my resume correction.
It's nice to be able to scan and edit your resume to fit the job description for ATS...however, the resume scan doesn't always get your whole resume, and when you go to click on power edit it's a crap shoot on whether it makes it to edit or not. Also, doesn't make any sense to edit your resume in power edit because the format gets all wrecked if you try to download an use.

Thanks for the feedback Tony!
It improves the likelihood I'll get an interview.
So far, it has been an eye-opening experience and has helped me tailor my resume for each job application so that I am a closer match.
User friendly and gives actionable items to fix your issues within your resume and LinkedIn etc
Thanks, Faria! Your feedback is important to us!
Great and easy to use was able to put my resume together quickly.
Easy to use
Thanks for the review, Markell!
I like the app and I'm using it a lot. The power edit needs to be refined. I didn't like what it kicked back.
Also when I first signed up for jobscan, there was a tutorial on all the different features, I can't find that tutorial anymore. Could you resend that to me?
I've recommended jobscan to the career resource center and many other unemployed people. Too bad you don't have a referral program.

Jobscan came about when founder James Hu was job seeking. He found the resume tailoring and keyword identification process too manual. After learning more about how an ATS works, he launched Jobscan in February 2014. Jobscan is a profitable and growing software company based in Seattle, Washington with a vision to build enterprise-grade tools for job seekers.
Thank you for the feedback Stephen
