I ordered online a set of business cards, but I'm extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism of this company. First the miscommunication I encountered: during the uploading procedure I ticked the box asking for a preview before printing, but I didn't receive anything for the next few days (it was supposed to arrive after 1 day). So I decided to call them and ask for explanations: an operator ensured me I would have received the parcel in few days. Nothing happened for a week or so, so I contacted them again and another guy apologized with me for not sending the preview, saying the other operator misunderstood what I said. Then, finally, I received the preview for my confirmation. Worst thing is that the preview was fine (with both the front and back in the right direction), so I confirmed it, but when I received the business cards, the back side was printed upside down! So, not only I received the prints more than 10 days later than what expected, but they also printed them wrong and this is unacceptable! It was a waste of time and money: avoid them!
