Be careful working with this platform. They stopped my access to my account and wouldn't let me reset password options. More than 20,000 people had the same problem. As soon as you make a big profit they will lock your account and take all your coins, if not for the intervention of zenithesse. Com, i would have ran into big loss.

When I started using jointgap i read fake reviews saying it was a scam and all that. Those are all fake reviews jointgap.com is lucid and transparent allowing for easy access to one of the best customer service's. Jointgap all the way.

Everything the negative commenters are saying is true. They will not let you withdraw your money. The chat person will respond to messages immediately when you want to deposit money. Although if any money is made... you will not be able to withdraw and you will not get anyone in support chat or email to respond to your requests. If you are a victim (as it seems thousands of people are) i would suggest reporting them, putting up content online. Clifford Aaron from Sprout Trade Services Telegram Group seems to be the one of the main brokers (or impersonators) victimizing people using the JointGap exchange. If you look at the JointGap address on google maps you will see its a residential home. They also have no KYC which is a huge red flag. Also when depositing money they have to send you a BTC wallet address... instead of being able to deposit normally through the exchange. These and many other red flags should tell you to stay far away from these guys. As far as the people trying to withdraw there money, keep trying. You never know. With enough pressure anything is possible.
