I saw an ad on Instagram for earrings from them. Received the earrings and they were so short, it wouldn't go through the ear hole. Nothing like the photo.

Reached out to customer service and they wanted to give me $8 store credit for $20 defective earrings.

Their earrings are awesome. I have bought 3 pairs or earrings from them. And the last time I decided to buy the Micro Inlaid Zircon Hoop Earrings and of course the silver color. It looks so pretty and It can be a perfect match for any party atmosphere.

I ordered a ring over 2 months ago. They have been paid in full but I have not received my ring yet. I have contacted them several times but they always tell me to go to my post office and check because on their end it says that it is in the US… my post office informed me that they have been getting a lot of these complaints of companies creating a label but never sending the product……. BEWARE OF BUYER! TOTAL SCAM!

I had ordered 2 grey silky underwear and 2 black. The black were thick and tight like any cheap priced briefs. They were not silky smooth like they bragged.
When I asked for a replacement for the pair, customer service stated "it's too expensive to replace. I would have to buy more! Ridiculous! I got screwed! BEWARE!

Their website says they are in the US, but they are really in China. They will take your money and never deliver the product. Someone (probably a computer) reaches out to you through email or Facebook messenger, but then ignore your replies. Don't fall for them like I did.

The best thing about this company is their unique design. I believe anyone will fall in love if she looks at any products of this company. I bought them a month ago. And I love them for their professionalism.

They sent me a bogus teacking number. The only reason I gave it one star is because I had to. The tracking number they sent me was no good. The tracking site is in some Asian language. I usually research to make sure it's not an asian company, but I let this one slip. I will be calling my credit card company in the morning.

Feb 2nd I ordered the moissanite 5 carat ring and necklace, they took $179.00 dollars from my bank account, and I never received the ring or necklace. They sent me a letter saying the order was canceled and they would return my money, never heard anything more from them I even called the Provience. In China with no prevail. I also ordered 2 pair of earrings at the same time $56.00 never received them either. I don't take this lightly speaking negative about a company, the are probably are but what happened to my money and product. They could have returned my call or e-mailed me or sent me a letter! I give them a negative one. Please watch yourselves!
