Love how they delivee the order. The driver is very kind. They deliver it with full manner. On time and fast.
I order yesterday via the Jollibee app and settle payment thru my Gcash, and then I'm waiting for almost 2hrs my order has not arrived, I've tried to call the cellphone number provided but it cannot be reached to follow up on the said order, Soo I let my co-worker check on the Jollibee store nearby to check why does my order has not arrived...but they said they didn't receive any order from me, how come they didn't receive I already have my confirmation from them and the payment has been deducted on my Gcash account already... They said they will not settle or refund my payment … It's Bull$#*!. I paid my order but I'm starving... BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

BAD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE
**SCAM** **SCAM** **SCAM** (wish I could do zero stars)
Jollibee was the worst experience in fast food that I've had in a long time.
The chicken was not good, the burger steaks were not as pictured in the advertising, and the Palabok fiesta noodles were DISGUSTING
I arrived there at exactly 7:00pm, only to have the man tell me my food was not complete and needed to be prepared... they did not give me the Jolli spagetti and the food that I did receive was not worth the money I paid.
Any other national chain (Popeyes, Bojangle, KFC / Church's Chicken) would have been half the price and double the quantity.
Once I called to complain about the order, I was told by the manager "Arnold" in Store 4057 (Pinella's Park) that I could not have a refund for the order and wanted to know if I had the food. We visited Clearwater and had out of town license plates.
This leads me to believe this was why we received such horrible food.
In addition, if the manager asked for the food it is possible that they are recycling that food and giving it to another customer.
The food was soooo disgusting we tossed everything...nothing was edible.
PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM JOLLIBEE!

I ordered tru #*******. The lady told me to wait for 1hr. Please note ha, na sa app, available ang mga foods pero sa hotline nyo limited lanh so i had to change my orders. Tapos 1hr nang nakalipas wala pa ang foods namin! Eto na, minutes have passed the 1hr lead time tumawag ang rider na very RUDE! I gave him the direction to our house. Even gave him the description kase I cannot go up and down the stairs coz im 33 weeks pregnant and been advixe for bedrest coz i have a pre term labor! Imagine, gutom na nga kami rude pa rider nyo kase sabi nya "PWEDE KANAMAN LUMABAS" dun na ako nagalit! May ng hihintay na bga sakanya na house help namin sa baba tapos ganyan pa mga asta riders nyo! Sinabihan pa ako di nya kasalanan kung matagal ma deliver order ko! WTH! NEVER AGAIN JOLLIBEE!
From all of these orders my experiences are the same. UNACCEPTABLE delivery services.
They will ask you to wait for 45 minutes and after 45 minutes you will receive a call that they are trying to coordinate with the nearest store and they will ask you to wait for another 45 minutes and the worst is they will forget the fries or the pies and etc. when they deliver your foods.
