Very happy with finding my hard to locate sake! I would not hesitate to order through Vinotheque again! My order was fulfilled perfectly and shipping speed was decent. I was given shipping updates regularly (the delivery speed shifted ahead and then back a couple times). Can definitely recommend Vinoteque!

I maintain membership in two wine clubs, but I often find myself turning to Wineinsiders for something out of the ordinary and something that might surprise my taste buds. You will find or should at least try to find a taste or selection that fits "you". I did and I will stick with their methods and solutions on finding a stock of items that will likely fit your taste as well. Happy wine drinking.

Always skeptical the first time buying something sight unseen. These Folks deliver. The wine selection is HUGE. Pick a country and they most likely have some wine from there. And not just any wine, we have ordered about 5 times - meaning around 70 bottles - and have had maybe a couple that we were not fond of. Great Product, great service, great prices. What more could you ask for!.

I have used the gift basket connection many times and the gifts and flowers I send are always beautiful and delivered on time and their customer service is great too. They are very helpful. I also get an email confirmation as well as tracking so that I know when my gift was delivered. Great company for sure.

Really diminished selection relative to not that long ago. Prices barely competitive. You're better off buying locally than planning on stopping at Bevmo and wasting the gasoline traveling to the towns with stores. Out of stock is the norm for 1.75 L sizes in many liquor varieties. Half the store is food and most of the other half is wine. Sad! Used to be worth the visit! Now, it seems like they are pushing delivery orders. Nope. Goodbye Bevmo, it was fun. Now, it's just another "bought out" has been.

This company is the worst. The receptionist is incompetent and never connected us to management. As she couldn't offer refunds or connect us to someone who could, she was worthless. No calls were ever returned and items were delivered late and incomplete. We later found out that the missing item was discontinued and had to pester winestuff.com for over 2 weeks before they agreed to refund the item.

Management was never available and the receptionist isn't authorized to give refunds. Brilliant system they have set up there to scam customers and provide awful service. I hope this place closes it doors and it gives a bad name all other well run online outlets.

This doesn't seem to be a new problem, wish I'd googled this company before buying a voucher online from a group buying site. Paid money, no products = dissatisfied and hope that Fair Trading sort these crooks out sooner rather than later.
