“Misrepresented sizing, no returns”

Helen W.
4/25/17

Cute glasses with fast shipping, however, they offer only two sizes. Small for ages 3-7, large for ages 8-12. The large size were far too small for my (average-sized) 8-year old. They squeeze his face and won't even fit over his ears. Jonas Paul refuses to accept prescription glasses for return even though they are misrepresenting their sizes; to be fair, this policy is posted on their website for those who do a thorough search before purchase. However, I've never heard of a mainstream online company that doesn't accept returns if the product is unsuitable. The company has taken a "too bad for you" attitude and refuses to accept the return despite the fact that the glasses are unwearable for my son. No returns for faulty products, people -- a no returns policy is highly unusual for an internet company. If you look beyond the paid-blog advertising, the customer service reviews are poor. Buyer beware.
