No wonder it has a 1.1 star rating. If I'd known they would post my order being shipped on 12/12 to be delivered by 12/21 would be cancelled by then on 12/21, I would not have ordered anything from them. My Christmas gifts to my kids has been ruined. They need to stop advertising if they cannot fulfill orders. Very disappointed in this company and their 3rd party advertisers..

I am very frustrated with this seller. I place my order a Month ago. I finally get my order, when I opened it there are missing products. I order a set of 4 kitchen brushes only one came in the package. I contacted customer service and no one has been able to resolve my order. Very bad customer service. Never shopping from here again.
The shipment tracker has my correct deliver to address in Texas, however the shipment tracker shows my order was delivered to a PO box in New Jersey. My order was about $13. A very cheap plastic spoon, which I did NOT order, was delivered to my address. Waiting for a response. I can't return a product I did not receive.

Ordered „bicycle saddle" on Walmart.com and received some kind of a cover in an envelope. Picture showed actually saddle and the instructions also described how to install an actual saddle, not a cover

I was trying to buy items for my daughter for Xmas from Joybuy. Tried to buy 3 items that they were selling at Walmart. This review is for one of the items. I dont want to take the time and do this 2 more times so here's the jest. Each said it was available and each was cancelled around 10 days with no communication taking another 10 days for funds to be returned. Merry Christmas!

In October of this year I ordered what looked like a beautiful evening gown. It never showed up. They blamed the shipper. Upon calling the shipper the shipper says that they never got the order from Joyby. When I called Walmart all they want to do is cancel, cancel, cancel. We canceled it. We reordered it early November. It's December it never came. Once again Joyby tried to claim that they sent it to the shipper. Shipper says they never got it. Don't buy anything from Joyby, you won't get it. They now have left me high and dry without an evening gown for an event in 2 weeks. Walmart should not be selling and listing this company's products on their site. Walmart should be ashamed of themselves and I told them so.

Their website has been relaunched to become a B2B wholesale marketplace, and they are offering a lot of high quality products for wholesale. It is an alternative for sourcing from China supplier.

Very poor order my idea on November 24 at first they said I would get it on Dec the 6 but never came they clam it was lost in transit but after I contacted them the package moved a lot fast
I ordered a red wagon in February. Due to the company's item description at their warehouse they sent me a plastic tissue dispenser for a car visor now they refuse to give me the item I ordered they lie lie lie. Cannot trust this Chinese company. Do not buy anything from Walmart that joybuy advertises. It is fake. Walmart must drop them as a third party but they don't listen.

I Ordered Batman pj's on Nov 23, which one would think is ample time for Christmas delivery? But I was strung alone with messages that it was delayed but would be receiving soon. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I ordered two lighr blue playground canopies. They sent dark blue ones that were being sold for about half as much. Delivery was late. The product was essentially cheap plastic weave tarp material and it was the thinnest I ever seen. Would have maybe lasted 6 months at best. Returning the product took some time as it involved me having to prove I received the wrong product by photos. Since they made me send photos I am happy to share with you :)

I am 74 years old and ordered the Bow Maker and it said it comes with instructions, well it came and what a joke even at24 I don't think I could have seen the pictures and by the way there is instructions for 2 bows is all. If you want your Bow Maker back your welcome to it because no one could figure this out. Never recommend this product

I purchased galvanized watering pots in colorful colors. They came 3 weeks late & were the size of 1oz cups. I'm assuming they're used for dolls? I contacted them 10x to cancel the order after it took over 3 weeks for delivery. Then I returned them with a tracking # & they still refuse to refund me. I had to call Amex to report fraud. Don't use this Fake company ever. Walmart, shame on you for allowing them to fraud your consumers.

Horrible products and really horrible customer service. I will never buy from this company if I can help it. Purchased a product through walmart.com that wound up being a third-party seller from this company, and all I got was the runaround when it arrived damaged and not all the pieces with it. Walmart had to finally issue the refund because after numerous attempts to get the company to refund my money, they still just continue to send emails instead of taking care of business.

I ordered a birthday gift It was in the beginning of a month like January 5th,It is now January 30th. I ended up ordering a different birthday gift for my friend From someone else and got it on time. The packagr is still where the original came from stuck for some reason. I have tried to get ahold of them 4 different times. No response, nothing. I have to put in for a return for a package that I haven't even gotten yet. This isn't the first time that I've ordered from joybuy Where the product is late. And a lot of stuff I've gotten from them is really cheap looking. They should be embarrassed to even be a company. They want to be a better company maybe they should start with better customer service. And not cheep products. I can get the same exact products through TEMU CHEEPER AND STILL GET IT ON TIME!
I purchased a set of glass swans on Walmart.com site, the shipping box was as thin as a paper bag. It arrived smashed and one swan was completely shattered. I asked for a refund and got a ridiculous run around with a fake Chinese customer service crew operating out of CA.
They offered 1/2 instead of replacement or full refund. I wanted 2 swans not 1. Walmart tske note.
Sony WH-1000XM5 headphones, pictures are perfect (and say Sony) but text description does not say Sony, but just the Sony model number... Not $300+ but only $40... I was tempted to take the risk that I might get a decent knock-off... but who wants to do business with Joybuy? (I don't)

We've spent a month emailing back and forth. Joybuy insists it's the same product. It's not. I paid $10 and didn't save the USPS envelope it came in with no packing slip. It's not worth the effort or any further cost to pursue this. Avoid this company.
