J&P cycles rocks my son is a little vertically challenged we couldn't figure out a way to fit him on a wide glide without going through a bunch of stuff to put meds on and he's wanting to do some long distance travel so we looked everywhere for floorboard kits. The only people had it was.J&P awesome customer service in fairly quick shipping. Should've paid the extra 20 bucks. So we could have took advantage of these beautiful sunny days sooner.

All well except finding detailed information on this item was impossible to find on your site. Almost stopped me from ordering from you as I couldn't locate manufacturer's website to get the details. I finally found enough info on YouTube to order the light and onc eit arrive it included a very nice installing reference sheet that had all the info I wanted on 1 page. Please do more to allow us to see details of product, manual or installation sheet or other...Larry

Will provide me with a refund but I have to pay for shipping back from Canada which is about 1/2 the cost of the order. Can not afford to fix J &P Cycle mistakes. Their boots are sized wrong and jackets do not fit. Horrible experience. Letting all International people know not to shop here as a courtesy. I am stuck with $300 USA funds and $60 CA customs fees of junk.

Needed a handlebar for my T 100 project, JP had an ODI aluminum 1" street tracker that looked really nice. Decent price. Ordered it. 3 days later it was delivered, packaged beautifully. Looked amazing on the bike, has several details that no other bars have. Decent price became a deal! Everyone involved in getting me that bar, very much thank you! They have put together a great team!

I would give 10 stars but the brand new toolbox I bought from JP cycles had rust on the inside of it understandably so but I spent over $100 for this tear dropped toolbox +75 for the mounting kit. I went ahead and put it on but other than that JP cycles was amazing. Can't blame them as a company. This is more of a worker. Let that slide by or did not notice it as you would have to open the toolbox to see the rust on the latch, but you know rust is like cancer.

Altough these wind buffers were not made for the heritage classic 2023 all I had to do was get a hole
Drilled in the proper place and they fit nicely. They work perfectly, they nullify the air that normally comes up from under the windshield and into my eyes and riding glasses. They are perfect, what a pleasure to not have my eyes watering because of the wind buffetting. Hopefully they will soon make a pair with the proper hole placement, but until they do these work great.

Purchased online and they were delivered relatively fast. Product is good. They don't really give you any pictures or full description of the part. The biggest flaw is the way you have to tighten it. It has a small Phillips head slot on the back side of the threaded portion. This strips out very easily. Looks and price point were good (a lot better than a HD purchased one).

Everything was good. The only issue I have was I bought what I thought were gaskets for my new exhaust and it only had 1 in the package. This was correct but the part page seemed to mislead me to believe it was 2. Probably me not reading thoroughly enough. The Vance and Hines short shot exhaust are great and the sidici helmet is as described. I will continue to shop with J&P in the future and appreciate the first responder discount they offer.

While browsing through J & P Cycle's online site I noticed a "COOL" gas cap for my Sportster, it was a really good price, so I ordered one. I figured it would take a week to arrive, However, It was in my mailbox just 3 days later. I put it on my bike that day and boy does it look great! I am VERY pleased with my purchase and YES I will order from J. & P. Again!

Web site showed product in stock so i ordered it since it was supposed to ship within 24 hours. More than 24 hours later, no email confirmation of shipment. Got back on the site and it now says backordered. Contacted customer service, very friendly and efficient in looking everything up but nothing that they could do. Couldn't even cancel order since it had been processed. Had to wait longer than i wanted to replace my broken clutch cable.

Wow! How to begin;; Geneva! That woman really needs a Pay raise! In almost 40 years of Bikes I have NEVER ordered Anything & received it the NEXT DAY. I know UPS gets credit also BUT it started with her. She is an Asset to your company;; professional on the phone, answered ALL my questions: pleasant to speak to! I have 24 employees & 7 women up front. Proud of them all BUT GENEVA;; always room for one more in the Office! Lol Thanks guys;; I WILL be coming back for more!

Happy with the overall products, but one. V&H Stingray air breather. Poor workmanship on item #6. The Venturi Naked Backing Plate is just tacked welded. You can see daylight. I corresponded to V&H this is the response.Hello,
All of our intakes are just tack-welded. There is no rideability issues and no leaks. This will not do any harm.

Just for a possible return of the V&H stingray air breather.

I waited too long to receive parts. I thought as an RPM member all parts received in 2 days, perhaps I miss understood. Parts would come in a few at a time, delaying the completion of project. Some parts would take a week to arrive. Additionally, the shipping department at certain locations should choose more wisely the proper shipping method. A partial order just arrived, a single snap ring in a 12"X7" box! What a waste.

Found the replacement windshield for my bike and ordered it. Delivery came much sooner than I expected which made me happy. I was able to get it on my bike with ease and J&P Cycle did it again for me when I ordered a tool roll set. Delivery was sooner than I expected and everything was there in the order and I couldn't be more happy. Thanks J&P I'll definitely come back when I need things for my bikes. Spring, TX

I'd wanted to get some luggage guards for my wife's Harley Deluxe. Tired since 2020 and even called Harley and was told that there's nothing that would fit. Just looking at J&P lately saw a pair that was made by Hog workz that they would fit. Ordered and they're on the bike. Fit perfectly and simple quick installation. Good quality and Great price

There used to be motorcycle shops all over the place and you would hit all your favorites and gather the parts you wanted. They have mostly all disappeared. J & P is about as close as it comes to that, considering that you are dealing with online orders. I'm just glad someone deals with the old school parts, as well as new. I have been happy with the products I've purchased and so far, I have found everything I was looking for. No complaints yet from me!

Items worked great. I placed 2 orders on a Friday same day one in the morning & another in the afternoon. The morning item I paid $35 extra for next day air. The afternoon item I paid regular shipping $7. The $7 dollar afternoon Item was delivered Tuesday 4 pm. The $35 dollar item was delivered Tuesday night 7:30 pm. Point being next day air is not worth the money. I will say J&P was good about it when I called they refunded all my shipping cost.

The reason that I order from J&P, is because they ALWAYS deliver my purchases within a 7 day time frame. The merchandise is ALWAYS the quality that I expect to get, and the fitment, as well. I recently purchased an aftermarket fairing, quick release mounts, and wind deflector, all from Memphis Shades, for my 1997 Road King. It took me no more that 40 minutes to install. Everything fit as it should.

I mis-ordered a tire with white wall. When I called customer service, an English speaking lady assisted me. We agreed to place an order for the replacement tire and return the unwanted tire. I had the replacement in 2 business days for no additional charges. Also received a prepaid ups return for my unwanted tire. All shipping was paid for by J&P. Excellent service. I will continue to do business with them.

I couldn't use the 10% off for signing up for emails but they emailed me back and gave me a $35 credit to use later. That's great customer service. Thank you. I haven't received item yet so I can't comment on it yet.

Was very easy to find a part that fits my bike. Came in pretty fast compared to most sites. Definitely shop here again
