I paid something like $50 for a CD in March of 2013 with this site, and they were very happy to accept my payment. Months later, I hadn't received the item, and they wouldn't respond to any of my emails about its status. This is now October 2014, and the situation is still the same as ever: I'm still down $50 and without a CD, they're still happily updating the site and refusing to acknowledge my existence. Since I'd ordered a rare CD that went out of print years ago, I'd understand if they'd tell me that they don't have it in stock, but shamelessly taking my money and never responding is just poor conduct. Don't give them your money, your orders, your trust, or even your pageviews.
