A scam. I made the payment, and their application doesn't log me in. I reached out to service and had over ten back-and-forth emails without any resolution. Only saying that I shouldn't have refreshed the page. Imagine Amazon charging you $400 for a product, and when it doesn't get served, customer service says: "sorry, you shouldn't have refreshed the page". On top of that, they have the audacity to send commercial emails trying to put me on an affiliate program.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use it, don't buy from them. Find alternatives.

I filled out the application almost 8 months ago. It took them nearly 2 months to setup up my EIN. After finally setting it up they said there was one more step. That was almost 6 months ago. It's still states "In Progress" in my status.

Once you are logged into your account they remove all support links and live chat box. Apparently they only like you to talk to them prior to purchase and make it difficult to resolve things after they got your money.

These people write the most polite emails and do NOTHING! I'm so fed up with them it's ridiculous that they still are in business. They have the jump but no START, wish I went elsewhere with my money.

The worst service I have received, they told me many lies about the process supposedly the company had to be in my name but after I called the IRS I discovered that the owner of the company was someone else and I had to wait for them to start a process to change the company in my name which took several months and caused me to lose a lot of money

Also in customer service it was terrible even though they had done everything wrong if I did not contact them I never received any kind of update even at a certain moment they did not even answer my messages

After subscribing to their Plus option which include opening a US bank account, Jumpstartfilings fails to open the bank account or were unable to offer the services by saying to their client that the opening of a US Bank account is not a promise by them because its a third party services. I see that as a fraudulent act of doing business after charging for the services.

Tip for consumers:
Do not expect to get a US Bank account if you opt for Plus or Pro Plan

Here are my top reasons for not recommending this service:

1. I am on the pro plan but they failed to fill Statement of Information for my company after 1 year. Instead of filling this information for me, they sent me an email saying that "Annual Franchise Tax is already past due and your company is now required to file a Reinstatement to be active. It costs $102.00 + $62.00 Annual Franchise Tax and filing fees."
- There is no Franchise Tax in the state of Wyoming
- There is no reinstatement fee for late filling
- I was able to submit the statement of information online using Wyoming state website. It costs exactly $62. Obviously they were trying to scam me for $102 and also failed to deliver the service promised under their pro plan.

2. It is not ran by people who reside in the US. I only spoke to people located in Philippines and India. I don't have anything against people in these countries, however, when it comes to company incorporation and registered agents, you want it to be done by people who reside in the US and ideally in the state that you are incorporating.

3. Their website has issues and it is not being updated regularly. When you search about this company, you will see an issue posted on their Facebook page about a freelancer from UpWork who worked on their website and did not get paid - this leads to many issues with security, privacy, and quality.

4. Their service is just a reseller package. They use other vendor to deliver the services promised and the only unique thing that the company provides is the website to tie it all together but see point 3 above.

We were using this company Jumpstartfilings service from last 3 years and figured out that this company is all fraud and doing scam with people of other countries, charging you for filings and state fee but not doing any filing and when you ask them about it they will send you a new invoice with many additional charges instead of refund or balancing the previous amount you paid to them. I paid them in full for my filings but they gulped all my money without any filings and digested it all. Later after year we noticed that our LLC is not compliant, and the reason was no filings were done from last 2 years. When I contacted them, everytime they are looking into the accounts.

Tip for consumers:
Never use this company, you will end up with no options.

It has been over a month. Ads say 2 days. I still have no paperwork. They told me after three weeks that they got the papers from the state and i can view it in my dashboard,. A week later papers arent there and when i asked they insist that it still isnt available.

This is one of the worst companies i ever dealt with

I don't recommend, I made my order May 06 and still nothing, they blame COVID 19 and the IRS, on their site says can take up to 3 weeks but for me, it's been more and I even provided them my ITIN, which they said would take even less time. First two weeks nothing happened until I reached out again and just then they manually "filed" the request, so 2 weeks lost also because of this and now they tell me they might get updates BY END OF MONTH... so 2 months waiting for it after I paid close to 300USD. They also had bad reviews over here under a different URL and they changed it, also, the site security is sketchy I was able to see other people's company information just by changing the company number on the URL of them. It doesn't seem like an honest company that worries about their clients, I always get the same macro responses from them when I ask for updates on my order so... beware. I hope they contact me after seeing this and provide me a better solution. If they do I will update this review. Thanks.
