I have ordered from their website at least 5 times now and have never had a hassle. And I live in Australia, so it is international shipping. It will usually take up to 3 weeks to receive my packages due to customs and COVID delays, but I have never had a mix up or missed item or broken anything. Give them a try! It is generally the case that people only leave reviews on these sites when they have a complaint, so don't be too worried about what seems like a very low rating

Juvia's Place sent my order and my eyeshadow palette was damaged. Reached out to customer service and the representative told me since just a couple of my shades were broken they would give me a future discount. I don't order from them on a regular basis I want my eyeshadow pallet replaced or a refund. I'm disappointed with them because I collect eyeshadow pallets and I want my pallets to look beautiful when I open them to use them. I will never purchase from Juvia's Place again terrible customer service. Very disappointing!

Customer service representative offered me a discount on future purchase since a couple of shades were broken. I don’t won’t to purchase anything else this is unacceptable to me because my eyeshadows are apart of my collection and I like for them beautiful and not broken. So this is unacceptable I will send the pallet back and just give me a refund I will purchase it from Ulta when it goes on sale.

I ordered products for $200. I live in Israel. I entered the correct address, but they sent it to a different address than what I entered on the computer. This is a sting, be careful.

They actually sent the products to another address that is not mine!

This was definitely my first and last order from them and tomorrow I am filing a complaint with the credit company and I will demand my money back without even seeing a single coin from it.

Terrible company, no customer service and no one to talk to. They didn't change the address after they made the mistake because they say they can't change how much Patti cheats people.

Tomorrow my Ashari company will recover from them the money I paid them and I have every right to it because they cheated me personally!

I don't recommend ordering any medicine from them and don't mess with them at all, you don't want headaches. Thanks to those who read.

The agent responded as I'f she didn't care.I order and when the order went through I realize it was my old address. I immediately email customer service. I added my current address since I'd just ordered and knew it didn't go out. I get an ema hours later saying sorry nothing they can do bc order already shipped. I then replied to cancel order bc I'm no long in that area at that address so I wouldn't get it. No response back. It's already bad they don't have a number to speak with an agent then to just say they can't do anything is awful and unacceptable. You try to support a black brand and this is what happens. THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER EXPERIENCE I've ever had with a company. I will never order again and will mKe sure my friends and family doesnt either.

Made a purchase with Juvia's place during the black Friday weekend sale. Took nearly a month to receive my order and when I finally did 3 items were missing - 2 blush palettes and a setting powder. When I reached out to the company about either shipping out the missing items or receiving a refund, they sent me notice that I would only receive store credit. For what?! If they knew they were out of stock, they shouldn't be taking our money! And if they can't produce the items, then refund our money! What kind of a scam is this?!

Tip for consumers:
Purchase from Ulta or another retailer. Purchase from this site at your own risk. Items ordered may not arrive in the shipment and if the item purchase is not received, the company will try to only offer store credit instead of refunding you for the items they were never able to produce.

They advertised a sale price and when I went to select the item it was regular price instead. I went ahead and purchased the product anyway but sent an email requesting the difference. They didn't honor the advertised sale price. Also, I received some product that I would like to return. They don't accept returns. I will never buy online again. If you get the product from Ulta, they will exchange or accept a return.

Processing time is waaay too long. They say 7-10 days but can be longer than that. 7-10 business is still too long. Also when contacting customer service they take almost a week to reply to you

Longer but probably because of the holidays being in the middle not really the stores fault. Overall I had a great experience and was able to track my package as soon as they shipped it, and we all know the eyeshadows are amazing. The eyeshadow palettes where all pack carefully and with enough bubble wrap. I was able to get them
On sale and it is such a good deal! So if you are hesitant do it, they were great to me

So I went to try their product because I saw someone use their highlighter on Instagram. I barely used the product and the fuzz on the stick is already pulling off. I had purchased three different colors and they're all doing it. I asked to return it because I didn't think it was worth keeping for the price. Yes it's inexpensive, but don't fall for it. Who knows what kind of ingredients they use especially if it's this cheap. The brow powder palette product and colors are deceiving. The darkest color isn't even close to black, but it's more brown when applying. I'm glad I didn't buy anything more. They said they won't accept returns or give me a refund, but would give me a store credit. I asked how I would see the store credit since it's been two weeks now. I haven't gotten a reply. I honestly don't know what else I'd want from them. The packaging is cheap also. Don't waste your money!

Package more than 2 months stuck in delivery. There was a problem with my package which was declined by customs and they acknowledge something went wrong and that they will make a refund. However they only want to pay me back through store credit. As customs did not let my package through I do not want to order again and asked to just pay me back as the EU law states but still they do not want to give my money back! This is what they call thieves!

The only reason I did not review 5 stars is due to the money waisted finding the correct shades. I love this make up line. Vibrant colors and keeps my face beat to the God's!

Sent me the incorrect item! When I requested a refund they ignored the request and said a replacement order would be sent out. The replacement came with another incorrect item! They're still refusing to process my refund!

I had two terrible experiences. First one; was I brow pen. I order bunches around thirty pieces with different colors, each color had 10 pieces, most of them are dry, no pigments. After lots of tries emailing, no one gave any solution. Second one was a blusher s 4 pallette s, they came only two, and the same thing happened, no one responded. I'm done, I unsubscribecd it. Scamm

I placed an order on March 22nd. It was for 3 items the eye prep in all 3 colors. Today I received an envelope with the remove adhesive to adhere sticker still attached and no product. Now after the black Friday issue with them I said I wouldn't order again but I decided to try again big mistake.

I'm happy to support this brand because of it being owned by POC. All of the controversy, I actually didn't know abt. I will do my research to make sure I'm supporting good & humane ppl. The concealer is absolutely horrible. It dries so matte, that it looks like your skin is stucco ON drywall. The foundation sticks are so so. The pallets are great. The eye gel is AWESOME! It dries super quick, so work fast. Lip gloss & highlighter are decent. All items that I liked, were worth the SALE amount. I would NOT say that they are worth their average NON-SALE price.

Tip for consumers:
Do not buy several items at once like I did, because you might be disappointed in some products. Please review honestly & from your own experience. We tend to look at other peoples experiences and base ours on their’s. That’s not fair.

The eyeshadow, i Sculpt, i Shade Brow Pen, 3 in 1 shade stick, lip gloss, and highlighter powder. Everything but brow gel was average, nothing special about them. But that brow pen is NO joke:)

The products are good. Warning, do not buy anything from the website directly! Use ULTA instead. It will not be shipped out as advertised on your confirmation page. Juvia's Place can not be contacted via phone only email. They use a 3rd party app with FedEX to "track" your order. Terrible customer service all around, poor communication and slow delivery that is NOT FREE as advertised. Check out my pics below, hope this helps.

Don’t buy the cosmetics from the official website because the delivery is a nightmare.

I bought the Taupes palette and one use and less than a month later, it started oozing what looks like oil. I am so confused. Something is seriously wrong with this makeup. When I try to log in to my account at Juvia's, I get a message saying that my account is unknown. I have heard of this happening to other people trying to contact them. Major disappointed.

So I'm actually writing this review because I previously made a horrible review about this company claiming that they were scammers because I didn't recieve my package in a timely nor getting customer service so I'm writing again to clear some things up.
1. I found interest in this company after seeing the eyeshadows on Instagram and felt completely inlove I had to get them
2. After placing my order I got an email within 3 days confirming it was shipped and was provided a tracking number that didn't seem to work
3. Customer service took about a week to answer me but eventually did and was very helpful in getting my package to me, specifically Maureen thanks to her
With that being said some things are beyond the customer service representatives control and for that I should've never said that they were scammers because they're not. I received my package after 1 month and a few days so I am happy.
We are going through a pandemic at the moment which is probably causing a lot of delays with orders being processed and then probably with so many orders coming in the company probably doesn't have a lot of staff working.
Conclusion: I'm inlove with my eyeshadows in real life and I can't wait to try them onn I got the berries and the Saharan and they are beautiful! But as for now if you want these eyeshadows within 3 days to wear or a week I suggest u shop for them in stores at allure

I can't get a hold of a person if my life depends on it. I guess they don't really need or want any new business. This is not how you run a business. Their email address is fake as a 3 dollar bill.

I ordered my second set of pallets. This time it was four of them. Juvia is not cheap so now all of a sudden my shipment is being returned for not being able to deliver that's bs n very fishy. I have ordered from this business SEVERAL times and I'm usually willing to wait the extra or two (compared to other retailers) because it is a smaller business. I had some items in my cart however I was not ready to complete my order. When the page loaded it somehow just "placed" the order! I immediately tried to cancel the order, however I couldn't. I quickly sent a message that said "hey, my bad, I wasn't ready to place my order, just cancel it so I can get what I want."
I didn't hear any reply until more than 24 hours later and their response was basically "tough luck". I responded that I hadn't even received a confirmation and the package wasn't even ready to be shipped.
Miraculously, in the span of an hour after that exchange the order was processed and "on its way".
Another 24 hours later they send another email saying tough luck and then SPOILED THE MYSTERY BOX by indicating everything included on their (hastily put together) invoice.
If this is how they do business, I don't imagine that they will stay afloat much longer. I hope they take the $84 they stole from me and use it to buy some Ramen because they obviously need the money way more than I do.

I saw that Juvia's place was having free international shipping over $60USD, so I made a rather large purchase. Most items came in good conditions except 2 shade sticks I ordered that came completely melted. I saw on their website that if an international order came damaged they would NOT be able to send me new products and would immediately process a refund. When I emailed the customer service line, however, they said they would send me replacements, which I accepted. Fast forward a month, the replacements finally came, but again one of them was damaged. I emailed again, asking them to please refund the one shade stick that came damaged. They said they would send me a store credit as it was against their policy to process refunds. The store credit can only be used if I pay an extra $15USD on shipping, which makes this very poor value. Store credit IS NOT A REFUND

I purchased three items and I got an email sent of the items stating they had shipped. When I received my box there were only two items with no packing slip receipt in there. I contacted their company it took 4 emails to get a response about my lipstick that was missing. They responded with it was out of stock as I watched it came in stock twice in the amount of time I waited for someone to rectify the situation. And they offer me a store credit! If they're offering store credits to people after saying they're sending products when they don't send the products do you know how much money they make off of stealing! Other peoples money to keep it within the company i'm offered a store credit on a product that you lied about sending! Fraudulent! They are garbage I will never order from them again!
