This management company ´takes care´ of the building where I live. Living there is like a nightmare. They don't even manage to keep the gate locking properly. Therefore, anyone can enter the gate by only leaning their hand in it. This problem was notified many times, since years, to the management company, but they ignore it. In addition, theft and all kind of crimes are taking place in the backyard. The backyard became the stock of stolen bikes for professional and casual criminals. There are also many drug-addicted, drug dealers, and drunken intruders in the propriety. Since days, there is even defecation on the stairs. I would avoid this company and next time I move to another apartment, I will make sure they are not the ones who manage it.
