Kalorik

I bought this in October of 2021 and it completely stopped working two weeks after the one year warranty. We contacted Kalorik immediately and was asked to send copy of receipt, picture of the model number along with a video to show that it was not working. After waiting two weeks for a response, we were told too bad. My husband is pretty handy so he took all the screws out to see if maybe he could fix it and found out it is all riveted together and it is impossible to even look at it.

I bought a rice cooker which stopped working after a few weeks. To get a refund they made me jump through all these hoops (must still have receipt, send video and images showing the product not working, etc.). Then they tell me they no longer carry a replacement so they will only offer store credit and not even a refund! Basically this company is nothing more than a scam. STAY AWAY!

Customer service is non existent...IF they contact you it is a tedious email back and forth with no results...

Bought an air fryer 5 months ago. Included were 2 extra silicone trivets. That told me that Kalorik expected them to go missing. Well, they did. I contacted customer service giving them the model number and they acted like they didn't know what part I was talking about. Then I send pictures and a VIDEO of the little part. After 2 weeks they sent the WRONG PART!
I asked for a refund and they used every excuse even though the box says '1 year warrantee'. That is a lie.
Save yourself the trouble and do not buy from Kalorik. They are incompetent.

I purchased a 2 slice Kalorik toaster from Walmart. It had a LCD display. The toaster would randomly burn the toast. I threw it in the garbage and sent a message to Kalorik. They replied that the would replace it but that model was no longer made. They sent me a toaster called the Retro in black. This toaster is so light and cheaply made that I store it on the fridge to stop it from getting dented. The steel is the thinnest I have ever encountered. Their products are all Made in China and all belong in the garbage. They boast about their quality?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. We purchase our product from them and one of the items were damaged. We have written numerous emails with no response. No one is there to answer their phone or their Live Chat. We ask our credit card company to reverse the charges. Then we got an email from hem saying we had received our order. We have received nothing going round and round with emails, but no response. Don't waste your money with these people. You will be sorry.

Purchased air fryer from kohl's and in 9.5 months it stopped working. Kohls warrantied it and the day after my warranty expired so did the air fryer. I called the company directly to see if there was anything that can be done being the new one is only 4 months old. Was told sorry but warranty only covers a year even if you have gotten 3. After the year there is nothing that can be done. Not a good way of handling product you pay decent money for just to throw away.

This has been a wonderful addition to my kitchen and I'm loving this new appliance. My fried chicken and chicken wings taste the exact same and the best part is that I don't use oil at all! Great device, happy that i purchased it

They reassured me that I could get a refund for their defective UV light. Made me take pictures and videos, wait, and talk to multiple people. One does not know what another one is doing. At the end said that without a receipt they are unable to do anything, Hmmm... maybe should've started with that?

I purchased my first Kalorik Air Fryer Max in March of 2022. I have had 5 in total, all replaced due to a faulty mother board. Each time they say the warranty goes back to the original not the new one. That is a scam they just kept sending faulty ones. Finally the 5th one just stopped working. Thats right 5 in just over a year. Now they say the warranty has expired. If they were sure they had fixed the problem, the warranty should have gone with the replacement appliance. Dispite their assurances they did not fix the problem. If you phone their customer service they actually had a line just for the Air Fryer Max, this tells me their is an issue. Their answer each time was I got to keep the accessories. I now have a five sets. Lol and no air fryer to use them with.

I contact them for a warranty for a air fryer... they give me an answer but they never finished the warranty processus with me. They always said that they will contact me and they never do it... it's been now one month that i write to them every days and that a never have an answer. I am so disapointed in their costumer service. I leave two messages buy phone, i call them severals time and never have an answers... i think this is a fraud. They are clearly dosen't give a $#*! of their constumer...

Kalorik sent wrong product (a cheap plastic fryer). They tried to charge me for shipping & restock fee. Buy from Amazon,

I got a Kalorik Air Fryer for Christmas last year from my son. I use it all the time although I always have to cook longer. Well my son Purchased one for himself and I used his the other day and realized mine does not work correctly.
I called Kalorik and they said it was out of warranty so they wouldn't do anything. It has not worked correctly since I purchased it; I just didn't know that. I had a counter top air fryer that I loved and I gave away because I got this one as a gift.
It doesn't really air fry anything and toast alone takes 7 minutes. I am disappointed that Kalorik would not stand by their product

If I could give Kalorik ZERO stars, i would. On May 14,2020, I watched Today Show and Steals & Deals featured the Kalorik Air Fryer. I had been wanting one and thought it was the perfect opportunity to purchase, so I ordered. Received on 5/31/20. When I received it, i stored it in my guest room in the box. We decided to try to use it the week of Thanksgiving. We pulled it out of the box, plugged it into a wall socket in my kitchen and it blew out, it also apparently blew out one of our kitchen plugs too. The product does have a 1 year guarantee, so i have been trying to contact Kalorik for the past month through their website and calling the 800# several times a day. I wish i had looked at the Better Business Bureau site first to see that they have awful customer service! No one has ever picked up on the dozens of calls i've made or returned any of my messages. Also, no one has responded to any of my correspondences through the website form. It's awful! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BRAND!

I am missing a screw on rotisserie and I've trying to get a hold of them for 3 - 4 weeks and they've been avoiding me.

I purchased the Kalorik Max in January of this year and it broke within a month of purchase, I have been dealing with their 3rd party warranty company "The Legacy" company for months now to no avail. I still have not received my replacement unit and all I get from Kalorik and their affiliates is a big run around. I would strongly suggest not purchasing anything from this company.
