After six months, I never received my bikinis. When I wrote to them, they said I was ineligible for a refund since the bikinis were already in transit. Another three months go by, and I still hadn't received them. I email again, and they cancel my order, but I never received a refund. I waited 60 days, and still no refund. When I emailed again, they said there was a problem refunding my account. It's a scam! Do not waste your time/money.
Ordered back in September 2021, it's now 2 years later. Never received the order. Avoid at all costs and don't spend a dime.
This company is a SCAM! Ordered swimwear back in the beginning of September! It's now January! Every time I've reached out to customer service they would say the package is coming yet don't offer a tracking number and refuse to offer a refund! I wish I never purchased from this company!

I ordered 2 bathing suits... A year ago, JUNE 2021 and still haven't received them. I have contacted them several times and they kept telling me they were backed up due to covid and we're sending it "right away". It's now a year later, I have NO bathing suits and they are now ignoring me and will NOT give me my money back. Absolutely disgusting and appalled by the way they have done business. If you want to have your money stolen from you then this is the company to go with... Absolutely horrible. Don't ever buy from this $#*! place.

Got offered a bikinimodelling deal with Kappa Crew. They offered free bikini but only pay postage, which was more than the bikini itself. Then came offer for ambassador deal. Half price bikinies no postage and free set for a friend. Bought few. Paid all. Never got them nor tracking info or nothing. Weeks went pass, no info no emails. All the helpful personal messages on instagram ended to my payment. Scam. Do not fall for it.

I recently bought 3 bikinis from KappaCrew and I love them! The shipping was a bit longer than expected but definitely worth it! The bikinis come in a cardboard box wrapped all pretty with some super cute stickers (I put them on my locker and my laptop). My bikinis fit really well and the colours are so beautiful! Buying one for my friends birthday next month!

The company reached out to me to model their swimwear. I ordered 2 sets of bikinis and they are an absolute My order came in less than a week. I'd recommend everyone to order from this company. I love their packaging, I felt like an influencer while I was opening it. Their support and brand managers are very helpful and they get back to you really fast. How amazing! I never got my order and when I contacted them about it they keep saying it's "In transit" and there's nothing they can do. I have asked for my money back because I ordered a bathing suit and necklace 6 months ago and still have not received anything. They scammed me out of a lot of money and are ignorant to the fact that they are not delivering products but still making profit. This is a scam of a company and it is absolutely horrible!

I see a lot of people getting over dramatic here, my package was late to deliver, however, I talked with them and it's completely understandable, they're a relatively young brand and with that comes problems they need to solve with worldwide logistics to give us customers the best experiences. I trust them and believe in them, they also informed me they are working on the logistics problem and already have a USA warehouse in Texas for select products and are working on moving all their stock to that location to provide 2-5 day shipping. All in all, my package was delayed but once it arrived I was very happy with it and the team at KappaCrew! I'm excited to watch this business grow, perfecting their systems and I will be there to watch there success at every step along the way. Godspeed KappaCrew, love you guys!

I got asked to be an ambassador and I accepted. I ordered a swimsuit from them and only had to pay for the shipping. However, this was in October of 2021 (it is now February 2022) and I never even got an email that it had been shipped. I contacted Kappa Crew and all they gave me was a 50% discount for my next purchase. I also cant be reimbursed by my credit card, since they don't do that for shipping fees. Do not order.
I am a KappaCrew Ambassador since March and my package arrive a little late but no regrets because i really really love the super cute bikinis from them. It is both comfort and style. It's been close to a year they keep saying trouble with post blah blah blah it's all rubbish. Professional lying scam artist company. My first ever stamp to respond to ambassador requests and look what's happened, I got scammed out of $100 for post that never gets posted.
