I ordered five discs, and one CD I received was wrong. I've given up on getting the right one. They 1) don't respond by email, 2) phone numbers on website and on invoice (different ones) are either incorrect or disconnected, and 3) their online return process appears to go into a black hole. Based on their customer experience, I would never order here again. Since I've ordered, although they can't be bothered to return any of my many emails, they now continually spam me with "unbeatable offers".

I love this site. Ordering is easy. I wanted more detail on a piece of equipment I wanted to order. I was able to call the store and speak to a knowledgeable tech person who, after assessing my needs directed to another piece of gear which I purchased instead. Service is quick and shipping is outstanding with free shipping offered with at purchase price point. Great site.

Karaokewh.com advertise one song and ship another. Then claim they cannot accept return CD unless at least three songs are wrong ondisk. It is a scam and a joke. I will never again order form Karaokewh. I do order many CD-G for karaoke online. Karaokewh are crooks. You will get ripped off.

KaraokeWarehouse RipOff - I recently purchased 7 Karaoke CD-Gs from Kareoke warehouse ( KaraokeWH.com) All but 2 were OK. Those 2 did not play at all in my professional karaoke player. They kept automatically ejecting. The website says you must call to get a special reference number to return items so I called. I was told that I would have to contact Stellar Records who makes the CD-G and ask for a replacement. I was given two phone numbers. Neither of which was in service. I called back and was put on hold and disconnected. Several attempts to reach them have been unsuccessful. If they were a reputable business and not a scam, they would have just replaced the CD-Gs. I'm just glad I didn't purchase anything big or spend more money.

Hello. I shop here quite frequently. I read another post about karaokewh.com being a scam. My experience from dealing with the for many years is quite the opposite. They are always courteous and friendly. I have only had a problem with one out of the MANY I have purchased. As it happens, they told me I needed to call Steller to see about getting a replacement because it was out of warranty with Karaoke Warehouse. The phone number they gave me worked just fine and Steller replaced it at no cost.

They almost ALWAYS answer the phone and when they are too busy to answer, they call me back if I leave a message. I think whoever left the nasty review is not telling the truth as there is no way the folks there would deliberately ignore a customer.

I hope someone finds this useful, and more importantly, I hope you guys don't read into the exaggerations of that mean heated reviewer. God Bless and happy singing!
