Visited Kay Jewelers to have my diamond ring cleaned and serviced very pleased they are shining. Also while there we got good deals on men's jewelry for my husband and he was so excited. Casey Cohan was very nice and professional and made our experience satisfied. We love shopping at Kay Jewelers on special occasions.
I bought 3 personalized dog tags online for my adult children as a gift for Christmas 2023 and the whole Diamond cross fell out of one of the necklaces I am not happy at all
My boyfriend bought me a ring from Kay jewelers in Wausau, Wisconsin for Christmas of 2022. Within two weeks, I lost a stone so I took it in for repair. It has been in for repair five more times and I've only had the ring for over a year. Now they are telling me that even with my lifetime warranty that he has paid for they will no longer repair my ring. They told me that now he will just have to buy me something new along with the new lifetime warranty. Very poor quality and customer service for a piece of jewelry he created a pretty penny for.
My ring has been in the shop more than on my finger and after at least 30 times I am told it's unfixable so the manager went and got a comparable ring and was putting it in the computer as an even exchange stopped and said she couldn't do it because I didn't have a a metal warranty. I said I have a warranty it's been to your repair shop at least 30 times and she informed me that they did that as a courtesy and no charge! I was never told that you need 2 warranties on your jewelry! Not once in all the times they sent it out to be fixed! I'm told it's only worth $27! Yeah rgt you can not walk in to Kay's and buy anything for $27! When I take my ring and pick it up I'm always with a friend my Mom or my husband who 9 times out of 10 buy something! I will never buy another thing from there and I will be telling all my friends family and my public forum not to shop there! Very disappointed and broken hearted as it was a gift from my parents and my Dad has passed.away. Very dissatisfied! I give them zero stars! Recently my boyfriend lost his mother and inherited her belongings. He was elated to find the beautiful ring that his deceased father had worn daily and was designed and made by his mother. He decided he was gonna get it appraised and wanted to wear it because it was so special. Unfortunately it was too small, so he took it to Kays. His parents had purchased jewelry at Kay's for many years.
We went to Kays off hwy 20 on January 2 and dropped it off to have it appraised and sized. When the associate looked at his father's ring under what appeared to be a microscope, she made a comment that all seven diamonds were impeccable, and that it was a truly amazing ring. We bought a bracelet and an Opal ring for my daughter as well. We left the ring in their possession to be sized and appraised, and they told us they would contact us as soon as it came back from the appraiser.
Almost 6 weeks later, and after several attempts to reach them by phone, we went back to the store. We tell them why we're there, and they start looking up our account. We were told they hadn't contacted us because my boyfriend's phone number was listed under another name; and they seemed generally disorganized and unprofessional. We were baffled because we have a Kays credit card, and have been there several times prior. Already frustrated...we were shocked when we were informed that a burglary had occurred, and my boyfriend's ring had been stolen on the 4th of January. We were literally in shock, and appalled that the nanager had no sympathy for a lost ring that meant so much to my boyfriend. He mentioned casually that other customers had lost pieces of jewelry in the theft worth much more than ours...as if that made our loss less traumatic! This situation became the most unprofessional experience of our lives! We were never notified about the incident. We were not given any insurance claim information. We were told the possibility of recovery was highly unlikely. The store manager showed total di
Sregard for the loss of a ring that had immense sentimental value to my boyfriend. Beyond that, he took no responsibility for the monetary loss. It is beyond comprehension that any business manages to stay afloat when treating customers as we were treated.
Ordered a bracelet online. The clasp was broke and it was missing stones. The store has to work with customer care since it was bought online. And hour+ later and customer care refused to replace it even though it was under warranty. I contacted them and received a generic apology. DO NOT GO TO KAYS!
I purchased a ring from Kay's in the Peru Illinois store several years ago. Just recently I went to get it enlarged so I could wear and enjoy it. I went into the Kay's store and was told one of the diamonds wasccracked and they wouldn't be able to enlarge the ring. Much to my dismay they could sell me another diamond for the ring and replace the cracked one. What a joke! I went to a reputable jeweler he could NOT believe Kay's would not enlarge the ring. It wasn't cracked it has a flaw in the diamond! Kay's you are dishonest or you have unachivers working at your stores. Who knows NOTHING about the jewelry. Just a warm body behind the counter to push your wares! I will tell anyone who asks about your lack of scruples and lack of knowledge.👎
I wish I could give zero! 2.5 months 3 big mistakes, still not get the ring I want. I made so many trips, frustration, time. When I return, Jeanne, assistant manager become rude immediately. They even laugh at my English pronunciation, tried me out loud, which made me feel so embarrassed. Mendy smiled at us when we started to speak louder. They never feel sorry, just the words.
I complaint online to district manager since 2 weeks, still heard nothing.
I gave zero to the survey, the manager Priscilla emailed me right away. Once I took 1 hour to write the explanation, she never answered since 1 week. What they care is just review for their bonus $. Incapacity of management, no follow up, to checking anything. What the hell is manager for? Please go buy online to save time, trips & those rude people.

On ordering this 10K gold necklace for my daughter's 40th Birthday with 3 stones, I paid a pretty high price for something that was extremely smaller than what was shown on their website. The size od a dime! Very disappointed that you can barely see the stones never mind the engraving I had them add to this necklace. You need a magnifying glass it's so small! Would never order from them again.
I had ordered a levin necklace for my wife for christmas on 12/14/2023 the store assured me it would arrive before the 25th did not receive any calls from the griffin Georgia store tried calling the store no answer went on the 23rd today to see if they had after 30 minutes of the sales associate trying to locate it which they did and opened the bag the necklace was in and it was broken they refused to make it right offered me a 10% discount which was not enough to cover for there poor customer service and there mistake would not recommend for any services

I have been a Kay customer since my daughter was born in 1996 so you can imagine my disappointment with the way I was handled when an online purchase made on November 27,2020 was lost. It is now December 14,2020 and to date, I have yet to get a response. I have called their customer support line since December 2,2020 and continue to get the same run around. Needless to say, the 14k gold bracelet was for a baby shower that has now passed. As of today, I am out of money spent, time, and the gift. I will never, ever shop at Kay again.
I bought my husband a new wedding band from a sale they had back in July for our anniversary in August. I got an amazing deal on it! He's bought several items for me there as well, on sale

I received an engagement ring and wedding ring set from this brand - only thing is, I never ordered anything from this company. I looked it up and apparently the latest scam is brand's using your stolen information to create a fake order and send you something cheap so they can then create fake customer reviews using your "verified purchase" and your name to build their reputation. This unsolicited set of rings look cheap and are several sizes too big.
Sylvia was amazing. Very professional and polite. Wanted something special for my wife's birthday. We spoke about quality and a price range. Did not try to upsell whatsoever. Very patient with me. Directed me well. Definitely going back to see her. She is a gem 💎
I took a chain I bought for my husband as an anniversary present and the repair was terrible! Not only did they remove an inch from the chain they never called to ask if that was ok. They depreciated the value of the chain and shared $250 to do that. Im blown away I escalated my issue because the clerk referred to a $3000 gold chain as being similar to a tin can that cannot be repaired well after we returned to pick up the repaired item and verbalized not being happy with it. They did nothing! They took our money and said that's the best we can do. Do yourself a favor go anywhere but Kay Jewelers. They have no interest in making their customers happy.

Shop at kay jewelry at greatmall Milpitas CA. The person that assisted me is Annabel. She's highly knowledgeable of the product, treat me with high respect, listen to what I wanted but also recommended great ideas/selection! She's very patient, friendly and courteous! Excellent experience. Great quality product and competitive price. I shop in this store because of Annabel, excellent customer service! I bought Levian, tanzanite with diamonds. Lots of Watches, Diamonds and beautiful gold chain.
Never buy anything there! I bought a small diamond chip ring with side stones. One of the side stones fell out and they want $450 to replace it. That is twice the price of what the ring cost! I am so disgusted that I no longer want them contacting me for the rings six month check up. The female I dealt with wasn't bright either. I will take my business elsewhere. People need to beware of this shady place!
Last friday, December 1st 2023, I went into the Cambridge Ohio store. I have been a customer of Kay Jewelers over 40 years, all the way back to when they were Rogers Jewelers and my grandmother was purchasing from them. My first piece of jewelry came from them.
I have never in my life been so humiliated, embarrassed and offended as I was last Friday. I had dropped off a chain and custom ring, both which have a lifetime extended warranties. The manager, Tiffany, had called me to tell me to come pick up my jewelry and they would not be dealing with me any further. This ring was compensation for a mother's ring I had taken to the store several years ago to have repaired and somehow had inadvertently been destroyed. This manager, Tiffany, was the one who had handled the original transaction and evidently there is some negative feeling on her part in assuming because when I went into the store to follow up on the phone call to pick up my jewelry, she began referring to that situation and making the most outrageous defamatory statements I've ever heard from what is supposed to be a professional. She immediately said that she was not going to allow me to take advantage of Kay's and that I was a criminal, a liar and that she had sent my "mugshot" and those were her words, over corporate. I was floored. She went on to say that she knows all about me and she made sure that corporate does as well and that the company as a whole was "done with me"! She said they would not honor the warranties and continued to assassinate my character in the middle of the store in front of other employees and customers. I don't know if this woman has mental issues or if she was on some type of chemical that caused this behavior but I have literally never in my entire 51 years of life, been treated like this by someone who was supposed to be operating in a professional capacity.
I left the store and immediately typed an email to the representative at Kay Jewelers who had worked with me in creating the custom piece originally, Kaitlyn. She reached out to me the following day and expressed her disappointment and apologies for the way Tiffany behaved and assured me that this would be forwarded to the appropriate Dldepartment to handle. Kaitlyn is extremely professional and an asset to Kay Jewelers; she has been clear with me however, that she cannot ensure that this is dealt with only that she has passed on the information. It has been nearly a week and noone has reached out to me even though I have insisted that I need to speak with someone who can assure me that this manager has been dealt with appropriately. The only person who seems to care about this is Kaitlyn, and she has no ability to deal with anything other than repairs. It's disgusting to me but it appears at this point that Kay Jewelers has no issue with this type of defamation and mistreatment of loyal, lifelong customers. Myself and my family going back generations have been loyal customers of this company and it's appalling to me that someone didn't reach out to me immediately and that this woman was not swiftly dealt with. To behave this way in itself is disgusting but to do so to an undeserving, innocent person and to do it in front of customers and other employees is so unacceptable I don't even have words for it but here we are an entire week later and evidently Kay Jewelers supports this behavior because they have not bothered to say a single word or make a single apology to me! This manager, Tiffany, is a loose canon and should not be permitted by Kay Jewelers to continue in a professional capacity after behaving in such an unhinged and absolutely appaling manner towards a customer. I was genuinely hoping that Kay's would address and deal with this and I could leave it there but it doesn't look like that's going to happen so it's time I consider my next steps and how far I'm going to have to take this to get justice.

She patiently listened to my preferences and requirements while I was searching for the perfect gift for my wife. Her attentiveness and willingness to understand my needs made the entire shopping experience a delight.

I want to write a review about the great service I received from Juno in the Chesterfield Town Centre mall. I have arthritis and have to get several rings resized, she was so patient and pleasant. She didn't try to rush me or make me fell like I was bothering her. I left feeling really good and trusting that my rings will be safe and handled correctly.
I got my son a bracelet. I was promised by the seller that it was solid. I noticed it later that it was not. I called customer service and they refused to fix it or do something very upset about this customer service. Just bought two diamond rings at Kay's Jewelers in Muskegon. Cat was a wonderful sales person! She answered all of our questions, went above and beyond to get me the ring I wanted in the gold choice I was oozing for. Everyone was super nice and helpful, and gave us a great price.

Bought an e-gift card for my mom. They sent me a receipt but never actually sent the email with the gift card. Did the usual checks (spam, junk, etc) and it just never arrived. Reached out assuming it would be an easy fix. The Kay support team told me they had no ability to re-send the gift card and it was gone forever. They offered to manually give my 70 year old mom the 30 character or whatever code over the phone instead. I filed a credit card claim to get my money back. There are a million other places to get the exact same product. I don't need this.
I visited this store today and it was a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked in. I was lucky to meet Adrian, the new manager, and he could not have more helpful and amiable. His staff, which has always been lovely to me, continued to do so today in great measure. Adrián's team gave me helpful advice and I would recommend them to anyone.
