Had a simple fence neighbor problem.
Kept asking for more money.

I paid them $4000 to help with a custody case and the case was closed almost immediately due to both parties agreeing on terms with no court required. Ricardo martinez has said we will get a full refund in emails. This was in 2017 and now he won't respond to any emails or calls. These people are crooks with law degrees. Stay away

Hired them around 2010. Absolutely regret it. Waste of money. Did nothing. To me keep my home. After my services ended, I found out I was only in preforeclosure. Couldn't afford to keep paying them. Never returned phone calls. My case kept getting passed to different ppl. I never knew who to ask for. In the end I lost my money and my home. Had a very important decision to make so I called them. They called days later after I made the wrong decision and thought I had sold my home. The person tricked me into signing a quick claim deed... lost my home and got a foreclosure on my record. They don't care nor do they understand. Clients needs.

I paid them over $******* in 2010 (my house payment for 12 months they told me to pay them and not the mortgage company) to help me defend a foreclosure and to get a loan modification. After several months of no communication, they told me I had a mediation scheduled. I met with an attorney 10 minutes before the mediation. The mediator asked one question of which I couldn't answer and he cancelled the mediation instantly. The next time I heard from them was a notice I had to renew my contract for another year for them to continue representing me. I didn't renew. I got the modification on my own, it was easy. I just discovered Matt Englett was a crook. Had I known he had ripped off so many people I would have spoke out sooner.

I lost my house and they never filed bankruptcy for me after I payed thousands of dollars to them. All they did was threaten me if I didn't make my payments on time and even made me start over my payments once for being late. I thought they were on my side... :(

Stay away, I wish I did some more research, I hired then on a whim after getting divorce papers, if I had seen some of the other reviews first I never would have hired them. No contact. Didn't even speak with my attorney until mediation which cost 1000 for her to sit and do nothing. Could not get any answers from them unless the bill was due. I dropped them eventually and they did not want to turn over my paperwork.

I filed in 2014 and they were great. They got me chapter 7. KeL alway call or email me making sure i turned all the correct paperwork in. I read that some new lawyers own the firm now.

I retained an attorney for $4000. After taking my check and cashing it, I never heard back from them again. When I noticed nothing was happening, attorney did not respond, secretary made excuses, I marched in there and cancelled my case. Another attorney met with me and said they would return the monies left over, I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. They stole my money just like that.

Anyone interested in a class action contact me, We will need more people like ourselves.
You can contact my wife and I right here. KEL and the majority of there attorneys are complete morons. Negligence, Torturous interference, services not rendered. That are walking away with thousands and thousands of dollars of our hard earned money.

How can the state of florida allow this man to practice law in this state. Lost my only vehicle in bankruptcy due to them not filing proper paper work, after many, many request and 20 phone calls with no ANSWER. THEY STILL LIE TO ME TODAY, FORD SENT THEM 5 REAFFIRMATION LETTER DURING OUR BANKRUPTCY NO RESPONSE FROM KEL.

Criminals hiding behind law degrees, I could write a book about my experience. They literally go through attorneys like water through a sieve.

They are Robbers and Cheaters. They took your money away and do nothing for you. Everyone should report them to attorney's board. They are criminal people as they robber your money. Attorney's board should not allow them to cheat people.

If you need an attorney please do not hire these people. I had a simple case that went on for a year, and because of that I lost my job and at the end of the trial I lost the trial because they let the state bringing evidence a whole year later. Besides that no communication no set lawyer. It was about seven different people who represented me throughout that year. I'm so disappointed in these people and I plead with anyone else not to hire these unprofessional people.

We hired KEL to help us with a child custody case. We were assured by Brian Miller that KEL would assign an experienced lawyer in the area of family law. We are 900 miles away and had to "trust" what they were telling us. NOTHING good came from this office. To add insult to injury, our attorney (who we later found out was not experienced in family law) left the firm and we were not notified for 15 days! We had been calling repeatedly as had the new attorney we hired to no avail! They are the worst! STAY AWAY!

I gave them a 2000 dollar retainer, they used 700 of it and refuse to refund the remaining. They don't return calls, no urgency, I'm professional... kimberly worling is a crook with her sidekick Ricardo Martinez... company is a joke... BEWARE

Kel now ASAP lawyers in Orlando took $1500 of our money and 10 months later nothing has been done. The receptionist, if she answers, would put us on hold and never return... Phone calls and emails were returned maybe 4 weeks late, paralegals changed without our knowledge. We even got a new lawyer who did not understand our case.
Please do a lot of research, speak to your friends for advice, but do not hire ASAP lawyers in Orlando. From our experience they took our money and wasted our time. I would rather give them a zero rating but it is not possible. I am very sad we hired them :(

This firm is negligent and does not provide sound legal assistance. Their associate attorneys are inept, and the support staff (clerks, para-legals, secretaries etc) are even worse. Having had exposure in a courtroom setting in the state of Florida for over 10 years, I have never witnessed anything such as this. Even the lowest paid public defenders and prosecutors have a better work ethic. What this firm does should be criminal, and how the Florida Bar has not intervened at this point is a tragedy.

I went to them for a consultation and they were very helpful and understanding. Definitely an honest and caring firm.

KEL Attorneys lied. We faxed and e-mailed and mailed all our documents from August 2015 to March 2016. Isabella the paralegal lied and she did not forward our documents to Bankruptcy petition.
The Florida consumer protection act had hundreds of calls from debt collectors all cases had median $1000 calls. They paid bonuses to KEL employees not a percentage for us.
TWO weeks, then TWO weeks, then TWO weeks not Bankruptcy petition. We paid $1850 in mid 2015. We are going to sue for negligence and legal malpractice

I am speechless, poor customer service, cannot get a hold of anyone from the legal team that presents us. No responses to emails, our creditors have more information first before we get it. Horrible, waste of time and money. Stay away from this lawyer firm.

Like most people who have written a review for this firm. I really wished I had read the reviews before I hired them. They do no return phone calls or emails and showing up to their office to speak with someone is a waste of time. The persons responsible for your case is always walking into a conference and no one else is available to speak with you. They go through staff members rapidly. Therefore, you never know who is handling your case. It is quite frustrating.

For those who had poor service or have a dispute with KEL law firm, the support in numbers make our claims stronger. Please do not give up hope file a complaint with the Florida bar if there's no response. If you allow this to continue in silence we will not see change.
