This staff is completely unprofessional! Over priced wouldn't recommend!ordered hair a week ago never received the product had to call company and ask where it was? Also paid 50 for the rush delivery and still didn't get it on time

Very pleased! I prefer installs that look natural, so I went with 2 bundles and a closure. I twist and wear a bonnet every night, so pics are "twist-outs". Finger combing, water, and minimal use of products are my go-to for maintenance.

Lace closure was made with dark silky hair the way I like it. Fast delivery and good quality of hair

The hair came really smelly. They sent me the hair that I did not order. I ordered loose curls. They sent me body wave. I wash the hair seven times and it still smells like corn chips. Also bleach some of the hair with a 20 developer it killed the hair. This is some of the worst hair I've ever bought and I don't recommend it whatsoever.

The best customer service ever! The shipping was fast & the quality, look, and feel of the hair is amazing! There's minimal shedding & it's very soft. I'm excited to make my next purchase.

My first hair from Kendra's boutique was pretty good. The second one I bought, however, is a mess. It sheds everywhere. I contacted the company, but I still don't have a response back.

I've been buying from her since 2016. Her hair used to be top tier, thick from root to tip, no shedding (unless u cut the weft), no tangling, and would last YEARS. I still have old bundles from way back that looks better than the newer rubbish that she sells now. I didn't mind the price when the hair was good, but now the quality is terrible and she also increased prices. Her bundles used to be wider than my arm span and now its much shorter. She skimps on her bundles now and thought no one would notice. I do not recommend her hair ANYMORE! Once upon a time her hair company was in it's own lane! Now her hair is comparable to aliexpress.

I love how it was pre-plucked which made me very easy for me. This is not my first purchase. Package always comes on time.

Kendra sold my dawg a bad 360 wig. I don't even know why she advertises it as a 360 wig. To be honest, it should be advertised as a 180 wig. The wig didn't fit for one. Secondly the wig was dirty when it came in. I saw the dirt and just couldn't believe it. I should've known it was dirty from the beginning because the package came torn. I just can't believe people buy this stuff. Horrible company. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

I love the softness and quality of the hair I would like discounts in the future. Definitely buying a wig next

I recently purchased hair bundles from Kendra's Boutique, and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The quality of the hair was absolutely abysmal, far below the advertised standards, and left me extremely dissatisfied.

The hair sheds excessively, tangles and does not hold curls. I was sold low quality hair at a high price.

Overall, my experience with the hair bundles purchased from Kendra's Boutique has been extremely disappointing. The poor quality and excessive shedding have left me regretting my decision to purchase from this store. I strongly advise that you look elsewhere for your hair bundle needs.

I have used Kendra's hair for like 7 years! I love the hair. And will last when you properly care for it. I'm also use the closures to make wigs as well. I used the curly too to make a wig. Love this brand!

Hair is of great quality, my hair dresser who has used multiple different brand says that it really is worth all the money. I'm really happy with the result.

I paid for express shipping which takes 2-3 days. I received it in 5. She barely sent the hair out on a Thursday & then had nerve to answer the phone with an attitude and couldn't tell me where, why or when id received it. Once I got the bundles I had a whole bunch of knots/ sheading /split ends. The company really went down the drain over the years. I was better off Buying from the store.

Bundles do make your hair fuller though

Not only was the hair bundles small with barely any hair, this hair sheds everywhere! I purchased the curly after only 1 week it's matted, tangled up, dry and the worst quality of hair I've ever purchased! Never again! I tried to see for myself despite the reviews but they all proved to be right!

I have a couple of years buying at this boutique, I bought my last bundle last week from them. They sent me a bundle that wasn't even $10 it looked and smelled like nasty hair from the beauty supply l, they were fast to answer my DM before my purchase but when I sent them a message concerning why the hair looked like that I was left on seen. No one answered me back.

The hair smells worse than beauty supply hair. Comes with a lot of gold and red strands! And is it raw hair. I have a frontal from Yummy Exstentions and 7strands they're both raw vendors and i compared them. I would say kendra's hair is the same as beauty supply hair. Or it's processed virgin hair. The lace front was supposed to be 20 inches. Most of it was 10 inches long. I got a refund but they kept the shipping fee and i have to PAY to return the item. They do not send return labels. They're clearly broke as hell.
