Claim Your BusinessI took advantage of the short boots and slippers offer. I already had classic tall Deckers Uggs - the expensive boots costing around £200 - and wanted some cheaper Ugg boots to wear everyday. For the price of these boots and slippers (just over £100 for both - cheaper than Ugg shorts on their own) I thought they were reasonable enough price. No funny smell - as people claim. I wasn't bothered about them coming in a plastic bag either. After over a year, the slippers are still going strong ( with no signs of seams breaking or suede wearing through) but one of the boots has developed a small hole in the toe, which has been sewn up and doesn't look too pretty either, but that was probably my fault for having long toe nails stressing the toe area. I have worn them to death too - nearly everyday in the Autumn and wintertime. I had to pay duty when they arrived, but that was only £34 quid. I was a bit annoyed at having to pay that sum, but it does say you would have to pay duty on the website - so I shouldn't have been that suprised and don't consider that an act of deceit by the company. Overall I felt that they represented good value - for two lots of footwear - not so if the slippers hadn't been part of the overall price package.
Awful, awful, awful. Please don't be fooled by their marketing spin and be assured that all of their customer testimonials are false, as per the other reveiw on here, the exact same customer testimonials are used on a different website. After paying a whopping £70 shipping for the boots I ordered, when they arrived in the UK I was asked by Royal Mail to pay another £190 import duty, making them the most expensive UGGs ever. This is not clearly stated on their website, and when you get in touch with their customer services dept you get the usual cursory response that it is stated on their website and the buyer is responsible for all import duty. VERY DISAPPOINTING. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE CON PEOPLE.
