This bank is horrible with their insane fees. I was charged $40 for what other banks charged $10-$25 and when I requested a fee schedule to verify the fee the bank employee was unable to produce one. Talk about unethical business practices. I strongly advise banking elsewhere unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

I hate their website. I can't even access my account anymore and I have called several times. Heaven forbid you have more than one computer they will make you enter you ridiculously long account number every time and I don't even know what the account # is and NOW they want to charge me $3 a month to get a statement in the mail. What other options do I have? I can't access the website. I hate this bank and can't wait for my direct deposit to be changed to a GOOD bank.
