Worst place to work... entice you with a big salary but offer no support or resources for you to be successful. A ton of back stabbing and blaming. Moral is very low. Staff is afraid of Director.
Worst place to work... entice you with a big salary but offer no support or resources for you to be successful. A ton of back stabbing and blaming. Moral is very low. Staff is afraid of Director.
You'll meet good and supportive co-workers, and you'll get to meet great clients. However, these do not make up for the fact that the management treats employees like trash. Management is terrible, which explains the high turnover rate. They'll consistently pressure you with heavy tasks but won't give you any support. Also, upper management is egotistic, which makes everything worse. Stay away from this company. No one would want to work here if people knew just how terrible the management is from the start.
Had a bad experience here and I wish I had not sought out their services. I believe they can do better, but for now, I do not recommend. Keep away.
