Very similar experience that happened to reviewers below is happening to me right now. Phone number doesn't work so I emailed twice within 24 hours to cancel, 3 days later I get en email back that my package has already been shipped awoth no return label to China so I should just give them as a gift to somebody. I'm going to look into how to report online businesses so hopefully kgorge will be removed from the internet

I recently had my patio screened in but still needed my outdoor furniture protected from the rain. The area is an odd size so ordering off the shelf was not an option. I was so relieved to discover Kgorge and their made-to-order curtains. The material choices are outstanding and the workmanship fantastic. All this quality and very reasonable prices. Speedy delivery was amazing! I would order from them again and again.

Ordered this to replace a small rug inside our front door. It looks great and I was pleasantly surprised at how soft and comfortable it is. My dog has taken to using it as his favorite resting spot any time we're at all close to the front of the house. It's a beautiful looking rug, feels high quality, and everyone in the family approves

Bought 12 panels at the 95 length, I love the curtains. I like the sun blocking and weight of the curtains. We used these on every opening. These give my covered porch some class, we find ourselves staying on the porch more now. A great feature we can pull them together and have total privacy. So far I give these a thumb's up, just really love them.

I purchased them and then I read the reviews (backwards move I know). Then I attempted to cancel within the 24hours via writing and received an email saying it was too late to cancel. I wrote emails and told them I thought the site was a scam. They continued to write and apologize and said it was coming. I received notification from USPS stating that my delivery was on the way. Then I received a notice saying it was delivered but since no one was at home it was taken back to USPS. Now it's in my head that this is scam. I go to the post office the next day and low and behold my curtains are actually there. I get them home and they are amazing. This in all took about 5-6 days and I ordered on a Sunday. I'm so pleased. I ordered 4 panels but only needed three. I hope the curtains I select for the rest of the house are just as nice.

PS I ordered other curtains from another website because the reviews on this site were not favorable. I got both sets of curtains on the same day and I was displeased with the other set.

This sail shade offers great protection from the hot Texas sun. Our covered patio faces west, so summer afternoons and evenings can be unbearably hot when the setting sun shines directly into the patio area. I hung this shade vertically across the back of the patio. So far it's working well allowing us to enjoy more patio time with the family. Easy to hang and true to size. It also looks to be durable.

Presents to be decently priced. However, the customer service is very difficult and poor. Their service number is no longer in service and cannot be reached. You are only able to talk to them via email and they do not answer your questions and push you around in circles. To top it off I paid $200 for curtains that never arrived, I cannot get a refund and cannot connect with anyone at the company to talk refunds/returns.

This is an awesome shade at a great price. Although I do take it down for the winter so I can get more sun light. It has stood up to Texas blazing sun and plenty of rain storms. As long as you get your measurements right this thing is amazing!

Love that these curtains provide the perfect feel and setting for our pergola. They also provide great "west" sun block. Beautiful day and night.

This sun shade has helped to create extra outdoor living space for us to enjoy. It blocks the sun from directly shining on our main living room window which keeps the house cooler during triple digit summer heat. Rain drains through the fabric as advertised.

This rug is incredibly soft! The texture is velvety and I love the pattern of the modern gray. It makes a great mat for my child to play on and is really comfortable. It's not super thick, so it's easy to vacuum and will fit in the washing machine.

Extremely pleased. Curtains arrived on time and look absolutely gorgeous hung. Nice fabric and weight. The sample options mailed to us helped in the decision process. If you need complete darkness in a room, the 2-layer blackout curtains are one of the best we've ever tried for blocking light.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a seller. The return policy is trash, the colors don't match the photos, the customer service is flat out nasty and rude, they offer you a few bucks and tell you to just give the curtains away if you don't like them. Never buy from Kgorge.

I ordered a sunshade for my daughter's upcoming wedding last minute. When I saw in the tracking it might not arrive in time I reached out to Kgorge Customer service. They contacted the shipper and expedited it. It arrived in time and the quality is fantastic! We are so happy and grateful to Kgorge for literally saving the day! Thank you!

I love this soundproof blackout curtains! The sound deadening is amazing! They look great, Hans nicely and best of all deadens sound wonderfully. My bedroom is near a semi-busy road and recently a new high rise starting being built across the way outside that window. The street noise I used to hear at night is gone. Thanks

These look more expensive than they actually are. I purchased them due to the good reviews. I opened these and hung them right up 2 months ago. I originally wanted pleated curtains but am pleased with the way these drape. I'm happy with my purchase.

Do not waste your time. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Buried deep in their policies is shady no return/exchange clause. Even though on their website it says exchange with in 30 days. When contacting the company it can only be via email. They offer pennies on the dollar for "refund"...$5 and a coupon on a $358 order of curtains. They also tell you to donate the curtains. They try to scare you high fees to ship back to their factory in China. Do not bother ordering from KGORGE.

We purchased these curtains for our screened patio to help with the afternoon sun and rain. We have been pleasantly surprised how much they help block the sun and heat! It helps keep it much cooler. Overall very happy with these curtains and they help us enjoy the patio even more.

We really love our Shade Sail for the patio. It was intended for shade as well as protection for oak mites from a neighboring oak tree. We like the color and shape. It was very easy to install in the small area we had to work with.

This rug is very soft and absorbent, perfect for when you get out of the shower. The pile is nice and even and doesn't pull or come unraveled. It's not a stiff type rug and is lightweight. You can easily throw it in the washer to clean. It holds it color after many washings.

These curtains too cute for the others one i got going with it! Lol! I mean I'm tryna incorporate such a luxurious set with my play play curtains and its not working! I'm just buy some more velvet and finish this room right! I love these curtains just don't dare try to match them with another pair!

We live in Florida and spend a lot of time on our back porch. For added privacy and protection from the early morning sunshine my wife hung these in our enclosed screen porch and they look amazing. When closed they block out any light, no matter how strong.
