“BIG SCAM!”

Mario Joaquín L.

I paid for a HOKA Clifton 8 and I never received an email of confirmation. When I tried to ask for a reimbursement, the email does not exist. The email is kicksneaker.shop while the website is titled KICKZC and I did not notice this. I trusted on the website because I checked it on Scamadviser.com

Verified purchase

Beware the great deals as this site will gladly take your money and provide no goods, communication or anything for it. Thankfully I used a long-standing credit card that refunded my money and went after this lousy retailer for it. Interestingly the site still shows my purchase as in processing fifty days later. Of course the tracking it sends you to shows my item as "delivered." Nope, never happened.

I ordered a pair of Authentic Australian Ugg Boots for my niece for Christmas, I thought I was on a Ugg website link sent to me by Ugg it sent me to whole sales and Christmas sales. We ordered the boots on Dec. 13th 2009 and kicksneaker to the exact amount from my account on Dec. 15th 2009. I still don't have them, I emailed kicksneaker.com and i recieved an email from China but cannot read everything and they provided a tracking number which i tried tracking from their email and said they were sent on Dec. 16th 2009, but the ups tracking i used said they were delivered Dec 21st 2009 at 5:55 p. M but the problem is i recieved the email at 7:01 a.m... 10 hrs. Before the time stated. It was so sad for her not to have the boots she picked out, first and last time ordering online. I hope this website gets caught by fraud because I used a pre-paid debit card and they tell me they have No phone number or address for kicksneaker.com but yet they just let them take money out of peoples accounts without any information to back them up for purchases from their customers? Now I am out over $100.00 plus I was on an Ugg page with nothing but so called Authentic Australian Ugg Boots, ordered from there, how did kicksneaker.com get my card number and take the exact amount of the Ugg's I ordered and no one else has taken money for the Ugg's I ordered? They are sneakers all right! Go to their website with all of them sitting there smuggly BLING, BLING and if you try and contact them through their website, it makes your computor go into freeze zone and it becomes a nightmare. It's happened twice. I also checked the webpage out that i was on and it looked very, very real or I wouldn't of ordered them. So how can I get my money back? Very expensive lesson and I hope this website steals from no one else!
