Some of my favorite clothes came from Killstar. Their clothing and home decorations are all very good quality (hence it being a little pricey), they ship out orders relatively quickly (even for normal shipping), they have tons of sales and deals during the year and they regularly stock new items. I just wish they had more locations in the US so I wouldn't have to pay for shipping every time.
I was a loyal customer for years but their quality has gone down hill. I recently had an item break after wearing it only wearing it 3 times. The zipper just split open. Their sizing is inconsistent, fabric is all plastic if you read the materials and I've had several items rip immediately. I left a one star review of the recent zipper incident and customer service reached out. When I told them the item was left in the hotel I was on vacation in they basically said never mind. When I expressed that I felt they reached out to save face on my bad review someone else responded asking me to fill out a form in the future instead of a review. Don't buy from this brand because you're just buying trash and their customer service will pretend to help just to make it seem like they are.

Do not order from this website. It's a scam. I ordered 3 items that ended up being defective. It's was a glass water bottle for $44.99, a necklace for $29.99 and wallet for $28.49. The water bottle leaked water, the necklace broke within a few hours and the wallet has metal piece (which scrapes it). Kate told me they couldn't refund me the money because it's a wear and tear issue. No, you guys sell defective products. Then when we tell you about it. You guys say that I caused the issues because you guys don't want to take responsibility for selling defective products. I will never order from this website, again. Please don't order from these people they will sell you defective products and refused to refund you your money. I wasted $103.47 of my money. Please learn from my mistake.

I bought one of their new cauldron mugs and skull mug, which came super fast! The cauldron mug had some chips in the paint & ceramic on the inside, which was a bummer. I contacted them and they responded very quickly and were kind enough to give me a full refund including the tax. So I ordered another one, and, again came within 2 days.The mug itself is cute but I wish it was sturdier and a bit bulkier. Definitely hand wash because the skull mug has a bit of pain scuff off the rim after washing. Still cute items, though.
In goth we trust that means also don't respect the EU laws and rules regarding returns within the 14 days after receiving! You will have to pay regardless of the motives. Too expensive then for just being original! Go through Amazon or find a ce mpetitor! There are a lot now thus I don't recommend

I had bought from killstar since 2010 and it used to be great. A few purchases have not had the same quality and the price has become extortionate. However I decided to buy the twin temple collab Cape and dress for an event, waited over a month, never arrived, chased it up, evri courier had lost it, so I got sent a credit note EVENTUALLY. I then attempted to use it, it failed, I then attempted to contact them, they said they would directly refund me, took another 3 WEEKS. I have now been told i can no longer order anything on there site as a third party anti fraud system called Signifyd has deemed my address too risky to send to.! Asked about how to rectify this, they said they cannot help and then ignored messages, terrible customer service and won't be using again.

The jacket I bought was not durable / not worth the money / not what was supposed to be. The brand offers "occult luxury" which I find very misleading as the product I received was peeling off right out of the package. After finally getting in touch with customer service, I asked for the shipping costs to be reinbursed and they refused and stopped communication. I will never buy there again!
I received the killstar possessions handbag today in the mail, and its alot shorter and smaller, and not distressed "leather- look" like the picture on their website. The faux leather is really stiff, and doesnt hang like it does in the picture on the website when on the shoulder. The zipper was difficult to unzip and looks like it might break with any real wear or tear to it. I actually think it hardly looks like what they pictured. I think they need a more accurate picture of the quality of this product on their site.
So I made an order recently during their Black Friday sale, and the order somehow duplicated. I had no way of ordering the same exact order twice within a minute of each other on my end, especially when I was paying with Klarna, I explained this to Killstar and they said I had to pay the shipping to return my items, as there was no error. Uh excuse me!? How is there no error!? How or why would I order the same exact items twice?! I'm talking to Klarna now to reach out to them to get this issue fixed, but why should I have to escalate this issue? It's a very obvious error and I'm just asking for them to do the right thing and pay shipping to ship back an order I never even ordered. Instead I got two different agents regurgitating the Killstar return policy to me. Never again!
Charged 9.99 for shipping a gift card, to find out it's in an email. Disgraceful. Shipping REALLY!

I ordered a sweater in the middle of May, it is now the end of June and I have not received any updates or responses from Customer service regarding my order. They say to
Give them 4-8 days to ship but haven't gotten anything. In closing, if you want to give someone your money and not get anything in return, this is the place to go. But really HORRIBLE STORE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Awful quality from a Back Pack as it broke due to the sewing because stitching threads fell out and the zipper too! Warning! Only throw in light things like paper and maybe a phone. Also leggings ripped 2-3 months after. Im sure the boots are poorly made too. Buyer Beware!
Killstar use to be amazing quality and true to size, ive bought from them for years. In the last year or so I can honestly say they're absolute rubbish! Poor sizing (2 ins difference in a pair of trousers from about 2 years ago to a pair I ordered last week so far to small) all the waist bands are smaller and not as robust. Leg length has shortened significantly. Price increased significantly yet quality has diminished. And the cherry on the cake is that YOU now have to pay for returns! Sorry Killstar you've lost my loyal custom

I was going to buy a wardrobe for my kid, but was disgusted and appalled at the practically naked obese people posing on their site. Absolutely despicable and DANGEROUS. Kids will look at this, and they will think it's perfect normal to be this fat. It's NOT. Get normal sized models!
I only got a refund after making it abundantly clear I would report them to the attorney general for their unethical business practices. At the time, they were receiving so many negative reviews globally from people who never received what they paid for or received broken or ruined items that their social media team couldn't delete the negative feedback fast enough. Two years later and the only thing that's changed is their social media team is working overtime to delete any negative feedback.

Use at your own risk. A million years ago, this was a fun place to shop. Now, it appears they have severely diminished quality and doubled down on deleting any negative feedback instead of investing in quality service and product.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, and had to return the same item 3 times during a lockdown, finally got a pair of boots that were in good condition, only to find out they were odd sizes! One was a size 4 and the other a 5! And customer service still treat me as I've done something bad. If you can buy from Kate's clothing or somewhere else... you definitely should, trust me.
I've purchased several items from Killstar and I wasn't satisfied with a couple of them. Had a pair of fingerless gloves with the white print flaking off, they were on clearance so it was whatever but omfg I also bought this s****y quality bag that I dropped $72 on. I ended up reselling that and the gloves on Poshmark and got most of my money back, thank god. The quality really depends on what you're buying. T-shirts and sweatshirts are great but are just way too overpriced for the sake of the style. Everything is more reasonably priced when they go on clearance. You don't even have to be goth to wear some of their clothes, I'm not at all but I like adding a splash of dark to my wardrobe and this clothing line allows me to do that with their unique and humorous designs/sayings that I can relate to. Things sell out pretty quick though so I would keep an eye and watch out for sales if you're looking for deals.
Hello, i was abut to spend 200€ on an order on Killstars website and i just thought that i need to read reviews out of curiousity! And thank God i did. I wanted to pay by Klarna to guarantee that i receive my package but when I choose this option on their website, it says that "this option is not available". I felt there is smtng wrong! I'm saving my money!
So I e always loved Killstar it's 1 of my favourites but my hubby treated me to vervain top and hardcore leggings and all the elastic broke in the leggings and they said it's my fault and I only worn it once
Hello I never received my package from Killstar. They refuse to give me a refund and opened an investigation. What is there to investigate? Just refund me my money.
I paid through after pay and they can't even do anything about it. This is extremely unfair and very unprofessional. I'm considering suing Killstar because this is ridiculous. I'll still be charged even if I didn't receive my package. How is that fair?

I did not even return my order, it just never arrived. When I was contacting them I was put off three times saying that "someone will be in touch". This lasted for over a month. In the end they would only send it again if I paid another shipping fee, or they would give me a store credit minus the shipping fee plus additional costs. This is not how you treat customers!
I ordered some boots from them to use in a photo shoot. After more than 5 attempts on trying to get them to send the merchandise I still have not heard one peep about this missing part of the order. As you can see from many reviews of the site you run the chance of losing your money, or worse, theft. I am sending complaints to local businesses and other sites to stop using killstar until this subpar customer service is rectified.
Ended up spending $60 to get a $45 refund. Their products seem decent quality but the customer service and the way they handle their refunds is just ridiculous. Again, I SPENT an extra $8 for shipping just to return something I didn't like, and didn't even get all my money back. Not shopping from them again.
