Ordered an item from this seller wasn't provide any information on shipping times or time it would take to process order. When I inquired about the order via email, business owner would not respond to my emails. When I finally got a response from her she claimed to not know who I was. Told me my item would ship "in a few days." Never happened. When I inquired again via email, business owner got mad at me asking about an item I purchased from them. Said I was harassing them. All I did was email her about my item and she insulted me. I only wanted to know where the item I purchased was. I tried 2 times to cancel the order. Business owner purposely ignored my requests. Only responded once she shipped it and refused me a refund. At this point I contacted my bank. My bank filed a claim and returned my money. When I received the item, I sent it back to the seller and let them know it was being delivered very soon. They received the item because I tracked it through USPS. They then told me they filed a fraudulent claim through PayPal to get their money back even though they had the item. Seller is Kimberly Ferrell. She is very hostile, immature and should not be selling anything to anyone. She attempted to get me in trouble with PayPal but she was too ignorant to see that I didn't use PayPal for the transaction. When I pointed that out, she called me stupid, said I was a Karen, that I had one brain cell. She clearly has never been called out for poor business practice before so she was very upset. I don't recommend purchasing anything through this seller. They have an Instagram: KimsKrafts86 as well as a website and they closed their Etsy page. They have a TikTok as well I believe it is chickameow. Not to mention, the item I ordered, a custom cup. Was EXTREMELY poor quality. The glitter in the cup is supposed to be suspended in a clear liquid so that it moves and the glitter did not move. The resin on the bottom to seal the liquid was such a huge glob that the cup couldn't even stand up on a table without wobbling and falling over.
