This guy owns a FB site and numerous people on other sites like me have been complaining about orders from as far back as Sept. Of last year. It took over 3 months to get my order. This was after he lied numerous times about where it was and saying he was sending the next day 3 times. Even gave out a tracking number once that did not even work. In the end did not even get the right items. They close comments on their FB page so you can not say anything bad about them. They will open them for positive things said then delete anything bad and close out their comments. Buyer Beware

This guy was very easy to work with at first. I placed small orders and received the merchandise. However now I am out $600 due to the fact he stopped communication with me and says he will refund but never follows through. I have been fighting this guy for 2 years now I finally made a complaint with the BBB and hopefully that gets me my refund.

I placed and order and received shipping confirmation. Should be simple, right? Nope! The tracking was never activated as USPS had not actually received the package. 8 days later when I contacted the company the owner assured me that the package had gone out 8 days prior, etc. He blamed the lack of tracking information on the USPS. Anyone who has ever shipped anything knows you can see if a package was shipped! Next day I tracked it and it was dropped off at the post office late the previous night! When inquiring again via e-mail the owner told me that he never wanted to do business with me again! Why? Because he was caught! Now I see that often times folks that order from this company either don't receive their orders, receive counterfeit merchandise or receive orders sometimes several months later. My order isn't here yet. I don't have any expectation that when it arrives it will be the correct, genuine items. Not after dealing with this guy!

Do not buy from him. I personally have not bought anything but know of several people who have and they are waiting almost a year later for their items.

I appreciate what KINDOMSANTA is as a business since I am a die hard CHIEFS fan and live in Michigan now. The problem is I had an order come and it was shortchanged for a NIKE shirt, they knew it and put a note in package stating such, then COVID hit months went by and when I did reach out they did respond claiming vendors weren't shipping or manufacturing for last few months but orders were starting to trickle in, so I replied OK I will wait a few weeks and see what happens. Well that was the last time Ive heard from them as they wont reply to my voicemails, emails or nothing! What the heck did I do other than pay for a shirt I never got

My wife ordered a jersey from you and hasn't received it. It's been well over a year, she requested her money back and it was one excuse after another and NOW you won't even respond, my recommendation is to to not do business with these people

This guy Steve it feels like his business is a front. I placed an order in Nov of 2020 and have yet to receive it. He answered my first call and told me a story about how he'll mail out a partial order but due to COVID the manufacturer was behind on the Crockpot but it should be out within the next week or so. Well after that call nothing. I sent several emails and made numerous phone calls to no avail. He stopped responding to everything. Then out of the blue he responded to one email with a tracking number but when I checked it with USPS it said the label had been created but the item had not been received. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and opened a case and all of a sudden I was getting updates on my tracking number from USPS. When the items arrived the sauce was leaking and the hat was not the one pictured that I paid for and I noticed he then removed from his website and placed his Crockpot out of stock. I've asked for a return address from the BBB to return the hat and a refund of my order to cut ties with the company, I've also sent that information to Kingdomsanta but they have not responded. You'd think they would want to cut ties with me since they can't fulfill their end. As of today the hat is available on FOCO and I checked Kingdomsanta and they've placed it back in their inventory as well but have not responded to me. They hat they sent to me has a return address to a Hobby Lobby store, the address on their website is listed in Las Vegas and the address on the BBB is a UPS store. They should be shut down for fraudulent activity!

Buyer beware! The probability is high that the product ordered may not be received and the money you paid will not be returned!

None, the partial order that was received was open and leaking and the hat was incorrect (the wrong hat)!

Very easy to deal with. Shipped my items quickly and I have ordered and know many people that have ordered from the Santa and we have all gotten the items quickly and are all happy. I see the person that gave a one star review and i'm sure they are a competitor or something like that.
