This company is a joke. I have never seen such utterly horrible customer service. My daughter was measured by a professional tailor and the dress was 3 times too big. They have refused to refund her. This was for her senior prom And she is utterly devastated. They are criminals!

Worse experience I've ever had with ordering online! It took 4 months for my dress to be delivered and when it did, it was a cheaply made knock off of the dress. Looked almost nothing like it. Cheap fabric, different color. Looked like a completely different dress. Tried to get a refund but they would not cooperate at all. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Beautiful dress came within 2 weeks of ordering. Would recommend this site to any bride. Outstanding quality just a little wrinkled from packaging

I ordered my wedding dress, and it was custom made. I paid £100 GBP and best dress ever. Perfectly made. Took them a week/10 days to make but I received the dress and veil vacuum packed within 2 days of their email to tell me it had been despatched. I didnt have a problem but often, people are quick to talk about bad experiences but id say most people have had a good experience.

Ordered this dress only because IT was listed as SHIPS IN 48hrs with listed EARLIEST arrival date of February 20,2014. Prior to ordering I chatted online with reps twice who assured me that the item would be delivered by February 22,2014. I decided to order dress after I was eased with the turnaround time. With each online conversation I informed the rep that I was saving the text of this conversation (a option this site offers) and that all I found was bad reviews on the delivery time. I returned to the site to check status and was told via chat again that it was in production and would be on time as previously promised. On February 21 a day before scheduled delivery I received a email and phone call stating that they will not be able to fulfill order as promised. Really it was just in production so what happened. Was informed that it would over a week before my funds would be reversed. Please everyone try another site. I don't buy based on reviews however I wished I would have now. Here it is I don't have a gown with my event coming up soon. KissDresses tried noting to satisfy the issue or tried to keep me as a returning customer. Completely false advertisement. Poor customer service. Store site listed as California however items ship from china with language barriers when u do get someone on the line. Buyer please beware. Complete scam!

I ordered my wedding dress from them... now I'm not gonna lie, it was a HUGE headache... I had to cancel my first order cause something went wrong on their end, and replace the order again. Getting a hold of someone was like pulling hens teeth, I called every number I could find for them ( they have a shop in San Francisco called Hedy's Dresses which no one there answers the phone either). Finally I was able to talk to someone on the online chat, and got some answers, then there was a billing issue, they couldn't take the money off my card, so it had to be done via PayPal. I could never log into my kiss dress account, it always froze. And I waited almost a month... finally my dress was shipped out on May 14th. On May 13th they sent me pictures of the dress... it was Amazing, looked just like the picture.
Once they had given me my tracking number, I felt a sigh of relief... until the tracking number didn't work... they gave me the wrong on, so I had to keep on them until I got the proper, working number... Finally yesterday my dress arrived. I paid $223.00 for the dress and custom sizing, and $33.00 for shipping... my dress is amazing, its beautiful, and to my surprise, its too big, but I'm ok with that.
All in all, the headache and worrying was worth it, my dress is amazing and I can't wait to wear it in November. Its my dream dress, the train is like 4 and a half feet long its just beautiful, I was speechless when I seen it.

My only real bad thing to say is, my dress was bunched up in a bag when it was sent out, so I was a little upset with that, but nothing that steaming can't fix.

I ordered a custom made dress with all my exact measurements when i eventually received the dress it was 3 sizes too big... "ALICE" told me they would give me a 70% refund this was three months ago now to date 15 july 2014 i still have not received my refund and now she doesnt even answer my emails,,
It is an absolute disgrace that they are getting away with this and they are still allowed bt etsy to sell on their website

I ordered my dress on Oct28/11 and recieved it on Nov10/11, it was exactly as pictured, to every detail, a little wrinkled, but nothing that a steamer wouldnt take care of, I love my dress, beautiful and under $ 200.00 a steal for my beach wedding,

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from this HORRIBLE SITE. IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY TO RECEIVE THIS ITEM--DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I ordered my item a month ago, had SEVERAL errors, it was PENDING and I tried contacting the customer service SEVERAL times and they were SHOCKINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL. They ignored me for days, NEVER apologized for the inconvenience, and I eventually had to cancel my order. I have NEVER had such a HORRIFIC experience with customer service in my LIFE. KISS DRESSES IS AWFUL. So awful in fact, that this is my first review I have ever submitted in my LIFE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Do not order from this site if you need your dress within a reasonable time! I ordered on April 12,2012 and paid extra to get my daughters dress for Prom here within 5-7 days. I've not received the dress, nor have I received communicaiton from this place. I tried chatting with them online and that was a joke, they just kept replying to everything I said with "ok", finally gave me an order number but after 30 minutes of waiting on chat for an answer about my shipment I gave up! I called the California number today, I had to hang up the first time because someone was at the other end laughing and then I received a loud beeping sound in my ear. I called back (thank God they answered) and spoke to a lady with a crying kid in the background. This woman gave me my order number because all I was given was a receipt number through paypal. This woman confirmed my dress has not even shipped yet! My daughters prom is this coming Saturday and they've not even shipped the dress! The lady asked that I call back in 12 hours because right now it's 9:00PM where the dress is coming from so she wont have an answer for me for 12 hours. You definitely get what you pay for... now I have an 18 year old daughter panicking about prom and her dress when this is suppose to be a happy time! Don't do business here!

I ordered a wedding dress, and when I opened the package and took out the dress I thought it was beautiful, looking a little closer, I noticed some flaws. It was missing a jewel type piece in the middle of the bustline, there was more design on one side of the dress then the other, and the seams were in the wrong place. I wanted to send it back, but it would cost me 150.00 to do so. So I wasn't very happy.

Meh... I have experienced better. The whole last month I have been staying with my cousin: picking the perfect wedding dress and bridesmaid dresses for her big day. We have broken our legs going window-shopping. She has almost tried all the wedding dresses in town. As to me, I have watched her trying all the wedding dresses in town = =
Still not satisfied, she decided to browse online. Wedding dresses stores online like macduggal, missesdressy, Persundresses, ericdress, merledress, tbdress, jjshouse and so on have all been dug upside down. Among them, persundresses left me the deepest impression. They granted us whatever we requested. We wanted some more pics, they then tried their best to find out the dress in all different angles. They sent us emails more often than we replied them just trying to offer some nice advice. After I compared all the dresses in different online dresses stores, my cousin and I both decided to go back to persun and finally placed the order. My cousin ordered her gorgeous wedding dress and four bridesmaid dresses in different styles of similar color. This hunt for a wedding gown made me realize that how a would-be bride could be soooo picky! I wish I would not become this like my cousin. Anyway, great shopping experience with persun. I am considering coming back some day in the future for my own wedding day :)

Beautifulbridaldress.com is the same as Kissbrides.com. I think they changed the name because of terrible reviews for the former web address. They were affordable, even with an extra $20 custom sizing, and they were very nice to work with initially (Ann and Joe) and I had no trouble with timeliness. I ordered two dresses, one for the ceremony and the other for the dinner. They asked for some additional measurements, none of which included cup size. I received them in 15 days. Impressive. The problem was, I read the site to say that you can return an order within 72 hours, if you call to get an RMA #, etc. NOT SO! BUYER BEWARE! They basically told me it was too expensive to ship back, woudl not give me an RMA#, and told me that I should just buy the dresses AGAIN at a 20% discount (gee, thanks) and start over! They claimed I gave them the wrong measurements. I did NOT give them the wrong measurements. They just do NOT understand a natural breast. The bosom cups were ginormous because they think larger/longer bosoms are hard and full like melons, instead of soft and full only on the bottom, like a water balloon in a cupped hand. Needless to say, it would have been $228 to ship the dresses back (8 pounds) and they would not even give me a return address or say what they would refund. So, I took the dresses to a tailor. $300 additional dollars later, they fit. I am 5 foot 7 and weigh 130 pounds, 37X27X37, and they made the cups large enough for Dolly Parton. Anyway, for what it is worth, the dresses were really lovely and very well made, but the breast area was just all wrong in both. I just wish they had been honest about returns. I would have factored tailoring into my comparison shopping and into my budget. Just be honest, kissbrides.com!

The customer service is shocking, took me ages to ask them bits and pieces because they didn't understand me. They put the parcel on DHL tracking but didn't get DHL to pick the parcel up for a week and a half, I thought it wouldn't come. But then it only took 3 days to get here with DHL.

It took about a month and a half being made and sent which isn't what they state on the website.

The dress however was amazing when I got it here. Exactly like the picture, all lined and boned. Personally I wouldn't put myself through the stress of ordering from Singapore again, but the dress is so so gorgeous. I can't wait for my day now.
