I purchase 3 swimsuits in June 2018. I received just ONE of the swimsuits mid August, and now it is half way through october and I still have not received the other two. Kittbae customer service admitted they messed up and resent my order and the second order was still not delivered yet either. THIS IS A SCAM AND DO NOT TRUST TROPIC MANTRA OR KITTBAE OR YOU WILL LOSE MONEY.

Only reason I am giving them 1 star is because it doesn't give you the option of giving them 0 stars. This "company" and I say that extremely loosely is a scam. I ordered a shirt from them back in January and have emailed them probably 6-8 times as well as reached out to them on their social media and NOT ONCE did they reply. The stole my money and I highly advise anyone even considering buying from them to not. No matter how cute their "products" look; you will just end up being part of their scam.

I ordered two swim suits and some rings from KittBae. I was a little frusteraated with the long shipping time. However, I was relieved when the goods arrived in good condition. I am very happy with the purchase because of the value. I got sick products at a very good price.

This is NOT a US business. This is some fraudster running a website from their apartment in ShangHai, China. They sent me extremely cheap AND damaged merchandise, which i supplied 16 pictures proving this and they still refused to send me a return label to issue me a refund. I filed a chargeback and an official complaint with consumer.gov

I was unwise to trust their well-designed, elegant looking page. I was stupid by not suspecting anything when they claimed free shipping worldwide (VERY UNUSUAL), and when they offered me 40% OFF my order when I didn't go through with it at first. I ordered two two-pieces and got sent a one-piece swimsuit that didn't even match the pattern, by far. Also, it didn't fit, and the fabric quality is AWFUL (they charged me 80 dollars for something that isn't even worth 10).
Moral of the story: if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

It is so painfully and hilariously obvious that the "good" reviews on here are all written by the company itself. Just like all of the other scam Chinese clothing websites that continuously change their website server/shop name every so often once they're figured out. Makes me angry! Be smart ladies. Don't waste your hard earned money on this junk

I ordered off of Instagram. It was until after I paid that I thought to check the return policy. It said "all sales final". This raised a red flag and so I started googling reviews. They were all horrible saying the product took months and it didn't look anything like what was pictured. Their site outright explains it can take 60 BUSINESS days (10weeks). I confirmed my order 4/30 and it shipped out to me on 5/13. I was shocked. Now the final test, would it look like what I ordered? It did! A couple of the colors aren't as vibrant and the pattern has some slight tweaks in it. Nothing you would notice unless you were examining it like me. It's adorable! Sometime startup businesses can get thrown in the deep end... glad they're learning to swim. I'd purchase from them again.

Ordered a swum suit in a small (I am an A cup who usually wears XS or S). When the suit finally came 5 weeks after I ordered it it was so small my breasts were falling out (have never been a problem for me), the bottoms wouldn't even go on, and the quality was absolute SH**! I will never be able to enjoy my swim suit. I spent $56 (40% off original price of 90) and found the exact same suit on another site for $10! AND they have a no return policy. Worst purchase I have ever made.

I made an order 1st Feb and its 27th June 2017 and still nothing. I have emailed them several times and no response. They were quick to take $75 out of my account. I don't want them ripping off anyone else and its such a shame because they advertise on Instagram which sucks people in! Absolutely terrible!

Let ma share our experience with kittbae.
Placed an order of several hundred euros of stuff with the destination Europe.
Never got the products. Requested refund. Got several mails with stay tuned. Two month over, we are going to involve our lawyer and share experience with others.
Take care when doing business with kittbae as the might be fraud. Keep you updated if that post changed anything.

#update: contacted my credit card provider and managed to refund my money. Kittbae is known as scam. My service provider informed the local authorities (the company is based in shanghai. They point out to act from us, thats not true. My advise to all marred. Go to your credit card service provider and request refund as kittbae is known as scam.

They took my money, and never gave me a product in return. It's the definition of a scam. Trying to get my money OR the product back has been an absolute nightmare and an ongoing saga thats approaching 5 months. Look at how they respond to their customers too!

SCAM! Do not buy from them! I reviewed them previously and still have not received my order. Save your money bc you WILL regret it!

I saw this gorgeous white bikini on Instagram with a nice full flowered one shoulder and thought it would be perfect for my best friends bachelorette. Although I received it in a timely manner it was not worth the price as the flowers are so tiny and flimsy compared to what I saw online. The fit is weird as well.

I placed an order with Kittbae in early February and just today received my order. I didn't really look in to the company because I had seen lots of people wearing swimsuits I had seen on their website, and had also gotten a discount for their products off of Instagram. I ordered the Aroa bikini in size M and had lots of issues with it. As soon as I opened the package, it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the color is much darker than the picture. The bottoms surprisingly fit perfectly, but the top is almost comically large and does not match the picture. Overall the material is not good and I would recommend not using this site.

I was a little concerned about this website at first because of the unusually long shipping time. After speaking with the customer service team they assured me that everything was in order and provided me with a tracking number. Additionally, they offered me 40% OFF any future order. Very happy camper!

After trying with PayPal nothing! Never saw my money back. Paypal didnt no anything. Do not buy anything from them. It is terrible. I dont trust PayPal on this one at all.

I should have know that this was a rip off. I feel stupid to have spent $118 on $20 worth of clothes from China. They sent me something totally different. Such crap quality, I'm trying to fight it with my bank but I want to have this website flagged, any ideas?

I received my 78 USD bathing suit from Kittbae. It is different than what they advertise online. Below is what I received and what Kittbae advertises. As you can see these items are different, the model has a bathing suit that does not include buckles anywhere in the bathing suit and has a flattering blue strap on the back. What I received is quite different as you will see attached. I emailed Kittbae (there is no number to contact them), they offered a 50% off coupon for my next purchase. I explained to them that I wasn't interested in purchasing anything else from them because clearly what they advertise is different than what you will receive and asked for a full refund. They have since stopped responding to my emails. I wrote on their FB wall with the same complaint... they removed the posting 24 hours later.

Where can I direct the mailing of the item for a refund

They didn't deliver the order and then said it was out of stock and refused to refund me my money!

Honestly I had no choice but to rate this a 1 or else this wouldn't post. My actual rating is -100. Do not and I repeat do not order anything from this company. You will not receive your order, they will not refund you and their CUSTOMER SERVICE is absolute bs they will ignore your emails!

Ordered two bathing suits in February 2017. It has been over two months and no suits received. Reached out to "customer service" but, have not heard anything back. There was no tracking information received which had been promised. This is a terrible company and not trustworthy in the least.

I'm from Germany and did not recieve my order. And never will. Hope i had read this commens before... The customer service is a disaster, they don't care about you. Main thing you have paid. NEEEEEEEEVVVER AGAIN. Wish you the worst.
