If you are an investor with companies owned by KoBre Holdings Counterpoint Mutual Funds, Jett Ventures, and/or CORE financial - we urge you to exercise extreme caution. Do extensive due dilligence. Go the extra mile in really learning about the risks you're taking with your money. We are doing an extensive investigation of these companies, which are all under the umbrella of KoBre Holdings, and we have serious concerns about certain irregularities which may be a major problem. Please note that we are not making any formal accusations at this point, and we believe strongly in the American concept of "innocent until proven guilty." But we are hearing things which have us very alarmed, so until we have finished our investigation, we strongly suggest that you be extremely careful with your money in regards to these companies.
