First off, what attracted me to the site was their great prices on organic vitamins, foods, and beauty. Have ordered from Kosher Vitamins twice. The last order came in with damaged paper coffee filters. Upon letting them know I would like a refund for the coffee filters since the jasmine oil I also ordered leaked onto them. Have no desire to drink flavored coffee! They exceeded my expectations. Even though I told them that they did not need to worry about the leaking bottle; since only about 1 tablespoon had leaked out. Yet, today I received a new box of coffee filters and a refund of $7 for the jasmine oil. That is awesome customer service.
