“Bad Customer Service - sent damaged album”

Okay, I will start by saying that I was 100% in love with this shop. They have decent prices and shipping is fast. They even have more products than some other K-pop shops do. I spent a lot of money at K-pop USA, which is why I was so loyal to them. Why the two star rating? Well, more important than the shipping speed and product availability is the customer service. I refuse to give a company a penny if they don't treat their customers well. I received a damaged Monsta X album and emailed them about it same day. I am so glad I record all of my unboxing because KpUSA will treat you like a liar if you don't. I gave them everything they requested, I sent pictures and so they asked for the unboxing video (claiming the manufacturer needed it). I sent them the unboxing video and they are now... just ignoring me, I guess. REGARDLESS of what the manufacturer says, if a returning-customer uses their hard earned money to place an order and receives a damaged product (at no fault of their own): It should be replaced! All communication with the manufacturer should be kept between the two businesses and has nothing to do with the customer. All in all, I will never shop here again. From now on, I will stick to Music Plaza and Choice Music LA for my k-pop purchases.
