Purchased the Eiffel 24" Vanity for our guest bathroom. We were impressed with the quality of the vanity and the gloss finish is actually a lacquer paint on wood, not the cheap veneer like most vanities we seen in the local stores here in Chicago. We were nervous about purchasing online but the Vanity arrived quickly and really well packed.
Never buy again anything, from this company. We purchase a double vanity ( was expensive) And that is arrived bad condition. The drawer was damaged. I contact them what's happened and 3 months later finally I got a part for free. And ta-daaa the replacement part was damaged as well. But on the shipping box you didn't see any damage. Now I'm just tired with the whole situation and just leave it as is.

BUYERS BEWARE! I bought a $1,900 vanity from HOUZZ. The vanity was cracked and they would not replace it because I was out of town and didn't check it for damage within 5 days of delivery.

Customervse5vice disresiectful.and rude. They are awful to their customers. I tried to reach management / Ceo no luck. Talking with Attorney General then small claims. I'm not putting up with a company who lies ignores warranty. They refuse to have higher ups speak to me. I have 3 bathroom no kids vanity installed by plumber end.of July. I'm tired of how companies take advantage of customers! I'm fighting back. I'm 60 years old and to be hung up.and disrespected by what they call professionals? I sent pictures abd videos. Next attorney General and small claims and BBB. In my state we gave a news channel that expose situations like this I will place a call to them as well. There customer service has sent ne 4 letters passing the blame not following warranty. Therese Davis Derry Nzh follow my story not stopping.

Horrible service everything that gets shipped out comes damaged. When you try and put a claim they ask you to pay shipping cost for not providing a note on the packing slip that it came damaged. The carrier does not allow you to inspect the inside of the box unless the box comes damaged which was not the case, this is btw policy of the actual carrier.so they want you to pay something that should be their responsibility not yours. On top of that EVERYTHING is compressed wood and cheap quality.
