In Oct. 2013, I ordered a headband. Shortly after, they put their site into construction and never opened back up until the next month. They never shipped my order and I had to contact them 3 times. Eventually, they replied they would ship my order and marked it as shipped. However, this was after the PayPal service for opening disputes ended. It's been 3 years and I'm still waiting for my item. Avoid them. If their storenvy is not open, their big cartel website is.
