Purchased a patio pet door, it was easy to find the exact one I wanted. It arrived well packaged to ensure ease of installation and protection of the door itself. High quality material used for the door and the extras that you may need to ensure your door fits well. I would certainly recommend La Luna for their wonderful care and expedient delivery of a excellent product.

Do not purchase from La Luna. They are actually scammers who promise a product and do not deliver. If you buy anything and want to return it just be aware you will never receive the money. If there is minor damage they blame the courier and refuse to accept responsibility for selling cheap products

The size is perfect for my French bulldog. Before I bought from Luna, I purchased two different size pet gate from Bunnings. The sizes are very tricky, medium one is too narrow. The large one is too high for my dog. Finally I tried La Luna, the size is perfect, it's easy and comfortable for him to in and out. Just one day he has get used to enter through the gate. Highly recommend

For more than six weeks now, I've been awaiting resolution for the return of my item due to its size. Despite requesting an exchange for a larger gate initially, I've received no updates after six weeks. At this point, I'm inclined to opt for a refund. Strangely, the gate is continuously reported to be "in the warehouse for processing." This situation raises suspicions that the gate might have been misplaced, or the company is deliberately evading the matter.
What's truly frustrating is the consistent lack of communication and transparency throughout this ordeal. Every week, I've been assured by the customer service department that the issue will be resolved, but each time, it remains unresolved. These empty promises, coupled with the absence of concrete information about my refund status, are not only disappointing but also disrespectful of my time.
Furthermore, the protracted delay in processing the refund has caused me considerable inconvenience. I adhered to the company's return protocol diligently and anticipated a reasonable timeframe for a refund or exchange. While I understand that occasional delays are inevitable, the repeated lack of accountability and communication from the company's end is entirely inexcusable.

Terrible product, design over function. Large gap even when closed so draughty. 'Lock' dials so loose that won't stay in any position. Didn't even install it. Also not slim enough for our sliding doors, which is the main reason we purchased.

Our patio pet door arrived quickly. It was extremely well packaged, The cat enclosure was easy to put together, the netting is nice and strong. My 7 month old kitten loves to climb it when he's ready to come inside. The cubes are huge which gives him plenty of room and it was delivered quite quickly.

The door fits perfect in our balcony door. I tried the one from Bunnings before and theirs have a really big step at the bottom. Our dog has short legs but wide body, so it was too hard for her to step over that without having her belly scratched. But the La Luna door is thin and low from the ground to the actual window hole and it's perfect. However, the window itself is too big, we needed it to be more like a square (short and wide dog). Although we got the safety bar, it does feel a little unsafe of a night time as a person can go through the hole.

The door doesn't fit cause the top part has been added on top of it, which makes it too thick to fit in the patio door. When looking this up, it's a common issue for which LaLuna is getting criticized for. Their solution... Cut the piece yourself and void your warranty! This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

The process was quite good, from making the initial enquiry, to talking to people over the phone to work out the best product, to organising the measure and the installation times.
The only negative part of the experience was the final installation of the new glass window. The installers initially told us that they would match the existing safety decals on the original window, only to then later say that they wouldn't be putting any safety decals on at all.
I understand that this may be out of La Luna's control, as the installer is (I believe) a third party, but it just put a little bit of a dampener on the end result.
In terms of the door itself, it is an excellent product. The dog only took a day or two get comfortable with it, and it has made the world of difference in letting her come and go as she pleases.
During strong winds, the flap does tend to blow inwards and remain a little bit ajar letting in a draft, but I have attached a little strip of fabric to the door to mostly prevent this.

Thoroughly upset, as my order still has not arrived 3 weeks after ordering! Support staff offer no support at all! Products are very expensive and I now believe that I have lost all my money. Will never recommend to anyone. Do yourself a favour and look at another website!
